Pharmaprix

I've noticed alot of negative customer reviews for the smallest things that the people working there cannot control such as not having a certain product anyone.
I went into the store for a product, turns out it's been out of stock for awhile so I was recommended an alternative product which still works for me. Good service. Shame they aren't open until midnight anymore.

Is more than a simple pharmacy. You also find some grocery stuff, cleaning products, and beauty. I love it!

The nurse/pharmacist Jess is amazing ! She's got great people skills and is absolutely lovely.

I had to get a blood test done for SAQ to renew my license this year because I am a Type 1 diabetic, and considering the wait time for a RAMQ covered CLSC/hospital is almost 2 MONTHS, I was left with little choice but to go book an appointment with ClicSanté at a private outlet to get it done and pay out of pocket. I have to say, for the $40 it cost me without having to wait forever was a bonus compared to the service provided today by the nurse named Christine. She was nothing but courteous, polite and professional & was the best painless way I've ever had my blood drawn (as funny as that sounds). I know where my wife & I will be bringing future Dr. requisitions for blood samples or urine tests in the future, thanks to Christine's AWESOME service. I sincerely hope Mr. Simard understands she is an absolute asset to his Pharmaprix! Thanks so very much!

I don't understand why there is so many negative reviews. I've been going there since I was a child. The place is always clean, stocked and everything is easy to find. Cashier are always nice and self-checkout machines always work. And the pharmacists are kind, patient and give the right information. Never had a bad experience at this Pharmaprix.

I just noticed the rating. Haters. There is nothing wrong with this location. It is a little smaller... More a neighborhood version, but they do tend to keep it well stocked, unless there is a run on a flyer deal. Ample parking. The pharmacy staff is great.

Hannah the supervisor is a real customer oriented person, she was able to change my experience to a happy and satisfied one. Thank you Hannah so much to handle my complain although you were under an extreme work load and a shortage of staff situation. The whole team knows how to deliver. Thank you Hannah so much ❤❤❤❤❤

The owner of this Pharmaprix is a very customer oriented hands on Owner that leads by example and helps customers on the floor and counters. Great customer service by the team members as well.

Staff is wonderful. They are keeping things clean and are very polite in informing people how to be safe and respect others safety during the pandemic.

Opening times are excellent and the shelves are always stocked with what I need. Staff as well is very friendly.

The clerk at the pharmacy gave me her card to send my prescription in, and she called me when itarrived. She's always helpful
