I went to this dep at 2 am as I have over 30 times over the last 4 years since it’s the only dep open past midnight near me, (exception of the Covid restrictions) I was told by the cashier who wouldn’t even let me inside that she couldn’t sell me cigarettes until 7am, same as alcohol (for those of you that know, deps can sell as of 6am not 7 now and it’s been over a year and there isn’t a cutoff for Tabacco. she just didn’t want to do her job even when I showed her the actual law on our government website. I’d avoid at all costs.

Worst customer service I have seen ever. There were 3 employees behind the counter and it was not even busy but 2 of them were busy talking to each other. We went there to buy some chocolates and we needed to buy 20 ice cream cones and we politely asked for a box or a bag to put them in since its not easy to carry 20 icecream cones, one of the senior looking guy straight away refused and said he just has 1 bag that he might have got his food in. We asked can we get an empty carton or something they said we don’t have.. Every business like these have cartons in the back in which all the stuff comes in. Easliy lost 100+ dollars sale for the owner. Needs better training.
Also, other people also didn’t seem happy since they took a lot of time authorizing for the gas since they were busy talkkng to each other, one of the customer even walked in to ask them to authorize for the gas

Employé irrespectueux !!!!! Gros manque de savoir vivre.
