Wazo furniture store warehouse

My wife and I are exceptionally pleased with the Acacia Sideboard and end table from Wazo. They have upgraded our family room and are rather impressive. Quality and sturdy items, packaged with extreme care, they have exceeded our expectations and are even more beautiful than they appeared in your showroom.
We also had a small issue, but Christine, and the Wazo team, solved it and we appreciate the commitment to follow through as what was agreed upon.  Wazo, a company that sells quality and offers service.....we can't ask for more.

C’est certainement mon magasin de meubles préféré ! Les meubles sont d’une qualité exceptionnelle, pour les amoureux du bois exotique c’est l’endroit où vous devez aller ( bois de mangue, acacia, palissandre, racine de suar ), les meubles rembourrés sont durables et confortables. Le service est vraiment à la hauteur, ils sont compréhensibles, très patients, veulent vraiment votre satisfaction. Les échanges en cas de problème sont facilitants, que ce soit avec assistance téléphonique ou en ligne Dina et Laurel étaient génial ! Au service client Ismaël fut franchement dévoué peu importe l’heure, dès qu’il peut il vous revient pour votre satisfaction ! De toute ma vie je n’ai jamais été aussi bien servie WOW , 1000 Merci !!!

Super service, une belle gamme de produits (meubles et fournitures de maison) de quanlité! Sid était très attentionné, professionnel et proactif. Nous avons acheté 4 chaises pour notre salle à manger! Merci beaucoup Wazo !

Bâtiment bien identifié (bloc B, porte 4), on sonne, un employé vient nous répondre rapidement et nous aide à charger nos boîtes dans notre auto! Très satisfaite!

Went into warehouse to do a return. Took quite a while before I found someone working in the warehouse to help with the return. I has to roam the premises to find someone.

I love the look of the new bed.
And although it took forever for the item to arrive and although there was an issue with the bed (faulty part), I still remain pleased and happy about the purchase as issue can happen. But it is extremely frustrating to deal with this company. Very difficult to reach. When you call, not only is the wait time very long but the call also drops. Took many many attempts to speak with someone, mostly because the call drops.
Then, I requested help in understanding why the bed does not lift open. Did not get an explanation. Just got an email saying parts were sent. Received the package. It is just a bunch of different screws but not the part that is faulty… As a company, you should be more diligent with your customers, especially since your items are not that cheap.

DO NOT EVER CONSIDER THIS COMPAGNY !!!

If you are considering going with Wazo for your home furniture. I highly recommend that your reconsider it right away. This is the WORSE COMPAGNY I ever dealt with it.

We did an order in January 2024 for a set of dining table and chairs. We asked to receive the whole order chairs and table together. We received without any notifications 5 months later a set of DAMAGED chairs. We sent many emails to the customer service and try to call to get replacement for the chairs and try to understand when the rest of our order is supposed to arrive, NO ANSWER.

I only wish to get our order straight, but there is not even a way of talking or reaching to anyone from Wazo.
