We had no idea how to extract the code from the phone so that the label could be printed & my package returned for refund. Jessica immediately came to our rescue guiding us through the cyber maze while juggling two other customers at the same time. Exemplary customer service - quickly, quietly with an encouraging smile.

Over and beyond helpful, professional and friendly staff and service! I am so impressed after spending a good hour there for laptop purchase and all, there are so many options! No question goes unanswered by the manager! All staff have a good atmosphere to work in! From a very satisfied and recommending customer!

Often, on my way to ormstown or Huntington where I have people, even though I'm traveling from Montreal, I like to stop off at this office supply store place, known as Staples and the rest of Canada but known as Bureau en Gross here in Quebec. It's on the east side of the main part of valleyfield Quebec. It's a nice area and it's more like countryside than hardcore City. And it shows in how nice the people generally are. This is a very big store and one of the reasons I like to stop off here is further Bureau en Gros liquidation bins. We weren't terribly fortunate because it was September 2021. Early August or even July perhaps, would have seen more great price sales in their discount bins. But when school started or school supplies got advertised those discounts always seem to be far less attractive. Good store and it's nice and big. And it has all the stuff you need. Even if I prefer to buy my paper for printer supplies at Costco, sometimes the store has big sales on that make it exceptionally competitive to everybody for specific things as specific times. But if you need all the school and office supplies in one place including computers and more, than this is the type of store one goes to. This one near valleyfield Quebec has the vibe of country folks and easier going people that are nicer than inner city folks that get stressed up a heck of a lot more

Amazing store ! If you love painting and drawing and writing like me this is your number 1 stop to make . Bureau will fill all your needs for any sort of office supply to fun children crafts . And let's not forget the great monitors TVs laptops etc. Yep amazing store . Definitely recommended

Bought a Canon Pixma G3260 mega tank printer, the sells clerk help me make the right choice for my needs. He was very polite and courtious. I recommend you to go there when you need anything because they will take there time to help you to make the right purchase you need.
