i wanted a chicken salad sandwich from tim hortans and i tried all week to get it, and no luck. i work full time overnights and after i work i drive 5 1/2hrs there and back for school then have 10+hr school days then only have 15 mins to get ready and go back into work so it’s 8:30-9pm by the time i get there (they close at 10). i called in hopes they would have the chicken sandwich. i explained my situation and the manager offered to make those sandwiches and accommodate my situation. i went in and she was the sweetest manager i’ve ever came across in the fast food industry. she reassured me over and over again that it wasn’t a burden and she was more then willing to make it happen. thanked her a million. i highly recommend this store and it makes my heart full that there’s good management out there that’s willing to accommodate and provide the upmost customer service to customers along with the employees. i hope she and her employees see this. team work makes the dream work and the employees are always so sweet and well mannered. :))

might i add it’s ALWAYS clean and maintained. as well as the food is absolutely DELICIOUS. i highly recommend their chicken salad sandwiches. the BEST chicken salad i’ve EVER HAD. affordable and DELICIOUS.

Was a great first experience. Everything was clean.. Tim Hortons had some tables to sit down at, plus was shocked to see them working at timmy’s at 5. I went to the one in Raymondville and had nobody working the counter. Glad I have one locally now!!

I was fairly inpressed with your new restaurant until I went in yesterday 9/16/23 @ approximately 9:45am. In the 5 minutes I was in the store, I listened to your supervisor, named Cynthia rant and rave like an absolute idiot while she simultaneously treated her subordinates in an incredibly condescending manner. I, as a career manager, find that level of behavior in a business to be very unprofessional and very unwarranted. I will resume buying your products when that situation is rectified. I am not spending my money to watch a ghetto show. Thanks for your time.
