Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Not to mention there prices and loyalty program in place are unbeatable compared to any other shops located in Port Perry. I’ve been going here since there grand opening and the selection has only gotten better overtime. Way to go Simpli Vape👏

I was getting tired of constantly filling up my carts, and getting that burnt cotton taste every-time the flavour would run out of my pods. I wasn't interested in those disposable battery vapes yet, as I wanted to try other options before resorting to it.

The Simpli representative at the shop was very kind enough to introduce me to Level X. It's literally the perfect combination of compact, agile and convenient. I am absolutely in love with this thing, and I don't even give my old caliburn a single thought.

I have two batteries I keep with me at all times, so I'm never running out. The top part is all magnetic. So anytime I want to swap flavours, it's super easy. All the Simpli rep had to say was that I will not taste the old flavour when I add the new one, and I was SOLD!

The shop itself is very clean, organized and has a very cozy aesthetic to it. The shop does get busy at times, but the reps make sure to acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. A person like me had a lot of questions because of course, it's a new product but I am so grateful for their time in explaining everything to me. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me set up the product to make sure everything is all good! 10/10 would recommend!

Sam was very helpful when me and my sister in law came in. First time customers here and they knew their products and was extremely friendly! Even gave recommendations between the two brands we were looking at (flavour beast and stlth) and gave honest feedback. Would definitely recommend coming here just for the friendly banter and product knowledge if you’re indecisive on what to choose! Thank you very much Sam for your time and help! WOAH! Walked in to a really clean and fancy shop, excellent customer service and very competitive and reasonable pricing. I use to go to the shop down the street for disposables but I noticed this one on my way there and decided to pop in and WOW. Their selection of products is masssssive. I wanted a disposable but the friendly rep recommended a caliburn device for the reliability and its cost effectiveness. Appreciate the honest advise and Welcome to Port!

i have been going to this vape store for a year now and i’ve always stuck with my stlth pods same flavour every time, i got very sick of that flavour so i went in for a recommendation of what vape/pod would hit best for someone who’s been vaping for awhile, Sam was very helpful with helping me find in her opinion the vape that would hit best and she was very descriptive, im very impressed with the staff there always being very friendly and willing to help with all questions 👍

Matthew was such a big help today. I have never had such a knowledgeable staffer with impressive knowledge of vapes. Store has a great selection and in a neat and clean set up. Great customer service and easy in and out plus an awsome new vape to try out.

The best flavours, I went there twice in a day. The flavour was so amazing I bought all there passion fruit ice Sea Bar vapes. Dont sleep on this vape shop, they have the best flavours and tons of options to chose from. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff!
