Wonderful natural health food store. Reasonable prices, helpful and friendly staff. I visited on a rainy day, looking for some organic sprouting seeds, and it was quite busy, so I would guess it can get a lot of traffic at times. Well definitely be back soon.

I love coming to this store. Good quality stuff. The prices of bulk groceries is quite reasonable. And they have an amazing collection of herbs and spices and teas and most other things. They have kombucha on tap! Love that I can be so zero waste here.
I don't live in Moncton but we try to make a trip here all the way from PEI so I can stock up.

Very well stocked store considering how small it is; lots of hard to find products, especially spices that you can't get at Bulk Barn. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I like that the foods are in one room, and if you want diet supplements etc., it's in a separate room where you can consult with staff. Carries Oliver's Bread (but go early, they sell out fast!).

Not much selection for gluten free but the prices are really great. Free range eggs and organic potatoes were cheaper than the grocery store. Lots of supplements available

The best place in town, hands down, for all things health or wellness related. The staff goes above and beyond to make shopping feel like a get together of friends. Thank you and keep up the great work!

I've been going there for a few years, and never once had anyone working there less than friendly & kind to me (as well as helpful). That's highly unusual, today. Also, I find their products are less expensive than Sequoia's (even though someone told me the opposite). I would HIGHLY recommend this place over all the other natural food stores in the area just for the friendly, knowledgeable staff alone, but then again, what more can you ask for?
