Had a couch delivered. It was massively big. The salesperson was nice. Delivery was on point. They brought everything up, unwrapped, installed, made sure it was good. We bought a couch. It's better than a zoo.

Excellent buying experience and delivery. They appear to have fired the sleazy salespeople they used to have. Bought 5 items from a friendly knowledgeable guy. All in stock and professionally delivered two days later. Could not have asked for a better experience. Five stars domino. Well deserved.

Domon always has great service the sale person is great and the delivery people are awesome. Great tracking system to know when your item will arrive. All in all I am very satisfied.

This is our second time shopping for appliances and although we looked at many stores and Domon is not next door we still ended up here again! Their price was hundreds below their rivals for the same fridge, very quick and free delivery. The salesman was very nice and informative, knew his appliances.
The delivery service was impressively effective and polite. There was barely an extra inch in width in our corridor but they never even touched either sides of the wall. They had to detach the outside door to be able to come through and that was done very quickly without scratching anything. They were literally sorry for leaving a fingerprint on the door that I was able to wash with a clean clothe in seconds.

I'm hoping all my appliances last for many years but I know where I'll end up if one of them breaks.

Chris was my salesman and I have never experience better customer service in my life, me and my boyfriend signed the contract to finance our new bed and we have to pay 1800$ before we can get our bed and Chris calls me back a few weeks after and says “you’re going to be very happy” and I sure was when he was able to take off 600$ off the final price which really helped us a lot, he didn’t have to do that at all, what a nice early Christmas gift from him to us❤ we are very happy and we’ve been to many different furniture shops to find a good bed for both of us and he’s the only one who has explained to us what would be best suitable for us.. very pleased with Chris he deserves a raise, he really went above and beyond by calling us a few weeks later with a suprise meaning he really does care about his clients and means he was still thinking about us.. I hope he reads this, thank you very much chris:)

Sylvain was very helpful and kind, he remembered to spell my name correctly when most people don't and he addressed me, a 20 year old, as the buyer instead of my mother or boyfriend. I'm a very anxious person and he made me feel welcome. 10/10 will come to domon again :)

I went to Domon to buy some electronics and first off the service was given by a wonderful gentleman named Jeffrey. Not only was the service astonishing and outstanding but he was very respectful and took the time to show me and explain to me the best units possible for my situation. As I was taking my time to choose and make decisions he did not rush me, which I admire. 10/10 would recommend!!!!
