One of my favourite grocery store in town with very reasonable prices and weekly deals . I love the wide variety of desi food items available.

For last 9 years I am visiting Milton Food Basic. Speciality of this store is it's cheap prices and availability of variety of all kind of food stuff. Sometimes they offer really good discounted product, it goes very fast and product goes out of stock, therefore shoppers should keep an eye on weekly flyers as well as visiting this location weekly to get maximum benefit of the discounts.
Since Milton has expended with huge population growth, therefore I would recommend the management to either increase the space of this location or get a bigger facility to run the business.

Easy to find products, parking is easy and free and staff are so friendly and professional.

Great prices. Excelente prices in food and vegetables. The parking lot is big. The store has a renovation areas. They added more pay your own cash. The store has public washroom.
Now the store open a fast check express for the costumers 👍excelent international products 😀the store in inside the plaza with others stores like bank, pizza 🍕, ice cream 🍦 around 👍.
The store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask 😷 all the time.
Every week they have differents products on sale.
Be aware that sometimes the store is busy and you have to stay in line.

Nice and efficient place I should say. They don't always have great offers on the stuff you are looking for, but just buy whatever has a good deal. It is not that costly, but it's more expensive than a typical Walmart or No Frills.

Billing has always been super fast (I have visited only during weekdays though). It's not overly crowded either.

The best all around store in Milton. I shop them all for a variety of things for our busy home. I spent 15 years in the grocery business, 10 as a Manager. NEVER a long wait, produce is fresh, absolute BEST and most efficient cashiers in Milton. ALL stock personnel, ALL are very helpful and know where everything is. AND best of all, when something isn't on the shelf, they actually search for it! 9 times out of 10, they find it!! WHO does that?! Sadly, nobody today, just these guys. Again, quickest store to get in and out of.

Great deals most of the time

Good Experience. I shop here often. As the name suggests it is basic, no frills, but lots of selection that is very well priced. The fresh fruit and vegetables section is surprisingly good and complete, including a good selection of fresh herbs.
I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly.

Great experience. Aisle ways are wide enough for a few customers. Clerk "122" was super friendly, greeted me as I started to put my items on the belt

Omg super cheap I got Mac and cheese there for 88 cents and 10 corns for 1.88 super cheap and they match prices

Hello, your softner salt is less than other stores. Thank you, but there are some "guys" coming by pick-up truck and buy "a lot" for sure not for home use. I guess they will re-sell it again. And unfortunately there is a young cashier who is helping them to do so. Please make it two bags for each one. Otherwise they'll leave nothing for us
