Premium Soccer

Ordered cleats online for my daughter. Sizes were correct to what I ordered and they shipped the next day. Arrived a province over 2 days later. Daughter loves them! Will order again for my son once he picks out a pair he likes.

Interesting.. the pink nike vapor tf is not available yet in the official nike website but this premium soccer does. I ordered this online without expectation due to many legit website, and it took only 1 week to be delivered.
Finally I found a reliable online store for a soccer cleat!!

This is a beautiful store with top end products and a good level of inventory.

The staff however did not seem interested in helping or making sales. My family entered with clearly a high motivation to buy. We were looking to purchase 2 pairs of cleats, another pair of shoes and other accessories.

We were never approached. Had to keep asking for help to try on pairs of shoes. No follow-up. No interest. Several times we considered going elsewhere despite the store having all the products we wanted.

This was all despite several staff members being seemingly available talking to each other and on their phones.

As a customer it was a disapointing experience. But as an owner of this business I would be even more disapointed.

I spoke to the owner multiple times after this incident. I was impressed with her passion and dedication. She explained to me the steps she took to improve customer experience in the future. I highly recommend Premium Soccer given their dedication making sure their customers are taken care of.

Excellent online experience. Selection was great, purchase easy, delivery quick. Will certainly be using Premium Soccer again!

Can't say enough positive things about Naima and Premium Soccer! Despite some tough circumstances, Naima was upfront about her options and found a way to deliver a beautiful new Canada jersey ahead of this year's World Cup.

We ordered a ball from this store and to no fault of theirs it was faulty. The customer service we received was above and beyond and we had a replacement ball in the mail the next day! Staff were so pleasant and helpful. I was so impressed that we are stopping into the store on our way out east from Toronto! Definitely recommend you check it out!!

Premium Soccer has been our soccer cleats provider for the last couple of years. They have lots of choices and we were always satisfied with our purchase. We encountered quality issue with our last purchase and Premium Soccer were wonderful at assisting us through our claim process with the brand company. Communication with them was excellent and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. So I just recently placed an order and I’m from Ontario. I stumbled upon this store just out of luck and immediately I was incredibly impressed with their reviews, overall look/attitude and selection! Today (Sunday) I decided to give them a call just to check them out (as I had never heard of this store before) and the woman I spoke with was unbelievably sweet and genuine!!!! She talked to me about the store along with their selection and even wanted an update from me once I received my items so she knew I loved them! This care and customer service is BEYOND expectation! I haven’t gotten my order yet (for obvious reasons since I just placed it last night) and I already feel confident with ordering from them again! Thank you for being so caring!
