Needed desperately a flat dolly first thing Friday morning. The moment I walked in the lady at the counter ( Sherran ? ) was super helpful , I had no tools in my truck, so Jeff I think his name was took a few minutes of his time and did assemble the dolly for me. Great experience , thank you.

Very handy place to get pretty much anything for tools and trailer parts. Prices are also better than most competitors in the area.

Brought a few items for exchange and customer service was quick and friendly.

Isles are large and most areas are clean for easy shopping. Lots of parking too!

My review is long overdue because I was here a few weeks ago but life got in the way.
Well as the saying goes “better late than never”
I have to share my amazing experience here because it was honestly the best shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Upon entering the store everyone is welcoming and friendly.
As soon as I asked for help ALL the employees went well above and beyond to help me figure out everything for my needs.
I really appreciated the time and effort they put into helping me figure out what I needed and they fulfilled more than what I needed.
They made me very happy with the outcome.
Special thanks to the employees that helped me: Sandra, Grace and Shawn and there was another gentleman but I forgot his name, sorry:( but everyone I encountered is great.

Great location, staff are helpful. No complaints at all, hard to find what you are looking for at times but I really think that's just the nature of the beast having so many different products especially in the surplus section.

I bring my kids when I go and they love it.

I have been regularly going here for around a decade. And I have to say, I love this place. I love the staff and the store as a whole. The staff here is just amazing, they are always happy to help and I have never felt unsatisfied with their service. Plus, I love how there are always sales. I typically hate shopping but this store is my happy oasis. You guys rock! You have the right attitude. This review is loooooong overdue but all the more weight carried behind it. Thanks guys! Great place to go to get tools or are bargain hunting. I found this location clean and organized and the staff very helpful. I once had an issue with an online order where they gave me the wrong product and unfortunately the item I had ordered was no longer available. The employee came up with a solution that I was satisfied with.

I love this store. This is a candy store for kids when it comes to tools and shop supplies. I picked up supplies for my Tig welder today. Tools are cheap and becarful as many cheap tools will not last but if you only need or use it a few times and don't want to pay Snap-on prices. The tools are perfect for me as I make them into sculptures.

Like the newly renovated store. Lots of stock and new products.

I always go here for cheap (cost wise) tools, trailer repair parts, trailer tires, welding supplies, there's so much here at great prices why not go there.

Have always driven by this location since it is visible from the 401 but yesterday I was in Kitchener and had time to visit. My experience was good, and I picked up the two items I was looking for. The staff were all busy and one still directed me to find my product.

I love Princess Auto and this location is no different than the usual standards

Been into this location several times over the course of the last 5 years or so.....always been an average experience. Today one of their employees, Melissa P went way above and beyond to go completely go out of her way to ensure I received amazing service and had my questions answered. It's very rare to find such great service now a days, and Princess Auto should consider themselves very lucky to have such an incredible employee. THANK YOU MELISSA P!!!!!

Exemplary customer service at this Cambridge location. The manager Nick just makes it right, no matter the situation. You can find everything you need here and many things you didn't until you saw them lol
Gotta love a store that is just dedicated to good deals on everything. Well done!

Super fast and friendly curb side shopping. I would have spent more if I had gone in. No telling what you find that you didn't know you needed.
