I would have to say that I experienced customer service that was on the next level of service. Being a first time customer to VIP VAPE in Kitchener. They went above and beyond to make me feel like I was dealing with family. Keep up the great job.

Fantastic and friendly customer service online and in person! They are always helpful and acomidatting, I even just had a random double payment issue since having to order online to be shipped to my jobsite in quebec, and they were quick to resolve the issue! Highly recommend this store whether it's at the store or using their online portal!

Unreal service. I accidentally ordered my products to ship instead of same day delivery. I contacted support and they called the local store and set up the delivery for me. The delivery came the same day. Highly recommend!

Great selection and Awesome staff. I am new to this entire vape thing, but had an idea of what I wanted.I showed the staff my current setup, they were able to determine that the disposable epods were a salt based nic. This gave us a starting point. We spent some time going through the various flavours, easily finding something that would suit my needs.
These folks know their stuff and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I ordered on a Sunday for delivery for just a small order. They were prompt, efficient and the driver was so nice. I would recommend and will definatley be a regular customer. I absolutely love this location, they have the best customer service I’ve seen so far! They provide the largest selection of disposable vapes I’ve seen by far. It’s a one stop shop. They provide great deals and if you’re looking for a specific flavor then I bet that’s the store that will have it. Highly recommend.

Awesome place, service from the ladies who work there is always on point! I went in the other day cause yet again I lost my vape while working and was going to purchase my 4th minnican2 cause I love the way it hits. Under no pressure Hailey recommended that I switch to the Caliburn model cause it comes with a lanyard so that I will not loose it throughout the work day. Here I am week two and haven't had to replace this device!!! Thanks again Hailey I owe you one .
