Best Gamestop in tri city's by far! Great customer service! If I ever needed anything that wasn't in stock, they always end finding it and call me within a few days. These employees have your back when it comes to gameing.

Always have a pleasant experience here. Never had any problems with anything or any of the staff. When I call they are always kind and don't make me feel like I'm bugging them and always willing to answer questions I have. Special shout out to Lincoln (spelling) at this location. He is such a nice guy very professional and always has suggestions on stuff that I personally would like. Can't say enough good things about him! 10/10 do all my gaming shopping here :)

Best gamestop in the Region and staff rock. Manager and assistant manager are the best. James and Mike know their customers like no other.

I've met my fair share of pushy and overly friendly GameStop staff. From what I know, employees are made to force Edge cards and warranties on everyone they can. That can get irritating as a consumer. However!! This location has always been welcoming, I don't feel like I'm being crowded by the staff, and they're friendly in a far more natural way. Despite moving cities, I still make all my preorders here.

For the record I do have edge platinum and buy warranties lol

I've been going to this EB Games for more then 10 years and they've always treated me well, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. Employees are always helpful, friendly, and willing to answer any questions. Everyone there is knowledgeable about products. I've also never felt unwelcome or uncomfortable due to my gender either.

My only complaint doesn't have to do with the location itself but EB Games/Gamestop in general, selling games to them is a rip-off, you're better off just selling online or to someone you know/in your location.

there were very organized for pre black Friday, they had 2 on till and another lady walking around to ask what you were in there for to help make things smooth . especially because of the ps5 bundles . I was in and out within 10 mins .

Amazing organization on boxing day!!! We went to 3 eb game stores and walked out due to challenge, these guys had everything under control and your items waiting at cash for you by the time you got up there!!?
