Great Liquor store. All the options on whisky were available. Different section for all types of beers.

Really like this place very clean everybody's friendly. I just wish they wouldn't change things. Move stuff around

Rebranded store, new look, great friendly team and decent selection of goods

Lots of parking and not at all crowded. There were plenty of Christmas promotions going on, and staff members were excellent.

If you're in the market for a new car, don't shop here, if you're looking for alcohol, this is a great place, just whatever you do, don't mix the two

First off the store all though smaller feels like it has everything your after. All the employees I ran into were very kind and was asked a few times if I needed help. I ran into the manager and he was brilliant! I watched him walk around the store taking stock of inventory but talking to everyone as if they were his long lost best friends! He seemed genuinely interested in stories and alcohol selections made by customers. I didn't catch his name and I apologize but he is a taller gentleman with a shaven head. After I checked out I asked a question about scotch whiskey. The clerk called over this manager and he was there in a split second. He listened intently to what I was after. He recommended I search online and he was afraid to give me any recommendations because he didn't want to waste my money on the wrong choice. It's refreshing to find someone in the retail side that doesn't want to just jam the first bottle into your face. The face that he encourages customers to do research before making a choice is fantastic. I have a lcbo close to me then this one but I will now be shopping at this one solely. Well done to all staff members and the manager. Keep up the fantastic work and honesty.

I dont really drink liquor at all because I hate the taste of strong liquor and I was looking for something that reminded me of Rum Cream but had a sweet taste to it. There was a very nice older lady of colour that assisted me and recommended Rum Chata to me. She told me the exact taste of it and how I wouldn't taste the Rum as much even though it's in this drink. I must say, I am so impressed with her recommendation and I absolutely love this drink. This is by far the best drink I ever tasted and I will be coming back to buy 2 more bottles and more. It's sooooo good and thank you much for your help and assistance. Even though it was busy, you still came over with such positive attitude to help me, Thank you. Absolute Great Customer Service 😊

No only did he carry out my products he put my walker in the van plus made sure I was safely in the van

My experience was excellent from the moment I walked into the store to the time I left. There was such good energy from all the staff, even though they were very busy. The staff were super helpful at helping me find items, making suggestions and recommendations.

I had such a great experience with the women terri-lynn working the floor. I came into the LCBO at westgate plaza after working a 12hr shift at work...today is my parents 32nd wedding anniversary so i stopped on my way to grab some wine....i know absolutely nothing about wine..not even what they drink...all knew is that my dad drinks spain wine....your associate Terri-lynn was above and beyond helpful. She reccomened me a bottle and said it was one of their best sellers and people buy it from the case...when i seen the $8 price i was a little hesitant....i was looking for something a little more in money, but she assured me thats its a great wine and defiently to go with i!. i am so happy i did! My dad was so surprised! He said its one of the best wines and i told him the price and how i wanted to get something a little more expensive and my father said no that this was Perfect!! And hes bought it before He loves it!! Thnak you so much terry-lynn (i hope im spelling your name right...you were the biggest help and i greatly appreciate you helping me out so wonderfully . I ended up calling the store back 15 mins later asking for her name so i could write a review. Your store needs more great employess like her....the young lady on the cash was amazing too!

Ontario LCBO are always well kept. Is the LCBO perfect...maybe not but pretty close. I have had a good shopping experience always at LCBO.
