Midtown Umbrellas

I purchased 5 umbrellas and they look great. A storm came through and one of them was damaged but in one day I had a replacement part on the way. Thank you Nate for taking great care of us. Will only buy from Midtown Umbrellas!

We purchased a cantilever umbrella and ordered two bases, not knowing which would work best in a challenging spot on our deck. The deck install worked perfectly. The umbrella is of the highest quality and we are able to enjoy our outdoor space through the heat of the afternoon because of it's ability to move and tilt in different directions.

We ordered an umbrella on a Mother's Day sale. Delivery was prompt. Our umbrella came with a broken cap because it was delivered upside down (delivery folks ignored the clearly printed 'this side up' on the box). A replacement cap was sent out promptly and without incident. Loved all the different options. We got a swilt with the Terrylast fabric.

UPDATED REVIEW: Midtown has since reached out with a sincere apology and shipped us a new umbrella.

My husband and I ordered an umbrella from Midtown. Lots of research. They had great reviews which mentioned a very responsive customer service department. Our umbrella arrived in good time. It's sturdy and appears to be of good quality, but we are having a problem with it. Several emails and multiple phone calls to the 800# and I'm only told that customer support will get back to me in 24-48 hours. But they never have. We are so disappointed.

I had some problems with my order of two umbrellas and ended up canceling it based on information I received when I called to find out why they were taking so long to be delivered. About a week later I got a call from the company asking why I had cancelled my order and they were very concerned about my customer experience. I explained what had happened and they were very apologetic and sent me a free umbrella to make it right. I had already purchased another brand, but when I received the Midtown umbrella it was obviously a better product. I will definitely order from Midtown next time I need a new umbrella. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

I highly recommend Midtown Umbrellas. I bought two umbrellas, bases and lights for my backyard and they've been excellent in both the sun and rain. The products are high quality and the staff are extremely helpful. I sent photos of my outdoor space and measurements of my sitting and dining areas and they gave me great advice regarding which products to buy. I'm also confident that they would stand behind their products if ever I had a problem. Great products, great staff!!

Ordered a square cantilevered umbrella and very pleased with the product so far. It’s sturdy, looks like it could withstand decent winds, and is aesthetically pleasing. Easy to put together with 2 ppl.

There was a very small rip in the canopy and customer service sent a replacement, no questions asked.

Overall, very pleased with the product and believe it’s great value for the price.

We ordered 2 Supreme cantilever umbrellas in sunbrella fabric and they are wonderful. Great quality, very stylish, durable, easy to use and well priced. All dealings with the company were excellent and delivery was prompt. Highly recommend 👍

Beautiful product and amazing customer service. You can actually talk to someone on the phone. Spoke with Robert who was very kind and knowledgeable and made sure we got the right umbrella for our needs. Thank you very much, Robert! Better quality and better price versus other umbrellas I looked at and they are right there in Montreal. Great to support a Canadian business who really care about their customers.

I selected a color for my umbrella that did not match the seat cushions that I have. When I called to see if I can exchange it for a different color that may be a better match, Midtown did not hesitate to send me another canopy that was a better match and told me to keep both since "it doesn't hurt to have an extra one". That's service that deserves a positive review.

Hoping this review helps someone! I had several specific qualities I was looking for in an umbrella but couldn’t find them all in one umbrella anywhere. I came across Midtown Umbrellas, which had the exact look and features I wanted, but didn't know much about the company. I was very hesitant to make a purchase but I’m so glad I took a chance and ordered them anyways. Thankfully, we got a great deal on their end of season blow-out sale! The umbrellas are BEAUTIFUL! The Terylast fabric is HIGH quality. It feels like a thick sturdy fabric with no tattering or issues and is incredibly beautiful in the ivory/white color! SO stunning. The wood-look finish is just gorgeous. The ribs are nice and solid. The entire umbrella is constructed beautifully and the crank and twist features work flawlessly. They add a luxurious resort-like feel to our backyard and we couldn’t be happier with them. I think with proper care and keeping them covered when not in use that they will hold up for quite some time! I’ll update my review if the long-term quality ends up not being so great, but so far, so good. And super fast shipping to the U.S.! Thank you Midtown Umbrellas!

Five stars for the amazing umbrella and stellar customer service. From the questions and order to delivery, the customer service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I did quite a bit of research to find the umbrella I was looking for not just by style, but also quality and features. I decided on the Grande Umbrella from Midtown Umbrellas and I love it. It was very easy to put together and absolutely love that it’s UV resistant and covers a nice range of sun. I purchased the Sunbrella canopy because I find it’s of high quality.

**UPDATE: David reached out to me from the company. He listened to my experience and understood my frustration. He did the right thing in order to make the situation right. They really do believe in customer service! I will be buying from them in the future if I need to and I will definitely refer people to them!!

One of the worst companies I’ve unfortunately had to ever deal with. Had to cancel my order. If there were more places I could provide a negative review, I would. Just HORRIBLE. 1 ⭐ is too high for them.

Amazing product and amazing service. Both umbrella and round base are top quality. Unfortunately, the umbrella was too tall for my patio so needed to return it. The whole process was quite seamless. Will use Midtown Umbrellas again!

I can't say enough about my customer experience. I ordered red 10 foot pop up umbrella that came very quickly. However, FedEx shipping really beat the heck out of the box. I thought the severely damaged box didn't affect the umbrella, but after assembling and one week later, it's lopsided and spokes definitely warped. I contacted customer service on Memorial day (not expecting to hear back for days) and to my surprise they are sending a replacement!! A company going this far, is someone I will recommend and do more business with! I'm in need of replacement for my deck umbrella, will order from here!!! THANK YOU! My umbrella arrived and I was stunned with the quality and beauty of the product, I thought the base would come with it but once arrived , I realized I had to order the base separately. I ordered the base right away and product arrived within couple of days. So happy with the quality, logistic and service!
