Hiral was awesome, this place is busy with the Black Fri promotions and people were somewhat patient but she stayed calm and cool and patient and helped as many people as she could. She just needs to remember to pause and drink some water! Thanks so much Hiral.

I always go to this mobile shop to buy or upgrade my and my family cell phones. They have great deals, especially around Christmas. This year, Nima helped us with choosing a new phone and to upgrade my current plann and he was absolutely amazing! He is so professional, competent, and patient, and helped me to choose the best phone and plan for me. I am greatly satisfied with the service. Thank you Nima. Taj is absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond when setting up our cell phones, and was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He even stayed more than an hour after his shift ended to help us solve a phone issue, but not only that, still kept an upbeat and friendly attitude.
His service is top notch!

I was there last week to get a Shaw mobile connection and a guy named Abu helped me. He is the manager. Really knowledgeable guy. He went over all the device options because I was planning to use it on my existing device. He explained to me it's not compatible with my old iPhone 5c. So he gave a couple of phone options and explained to me how I save money by getting into a plan. Highly recommended. Great place to buy phones in Coquitlam-Burnaby area.

I highly recommend this place for anyone wants a new phone with the best deal. They have a lot of options ,and Excellent service that explain anything about the deals. The manager (Taj) is the best person working in this place. He had a long patience with me .I’m very picky person and he understand that and kept explaining about everything. So thankful for him.

The location is very convenient just inside the entrance to Superstore. The manager, Taj, is quite good and follows through making sure his customers are happy. There are many places to purchase a phone or activate your phone or change carriers. The Mobile Shop is competitive and good value as far as their selection of phones and plans.

This was a tremendous experience...the staff were mire tgan helpful...took time to ho over what we had, abd ecpnau. How the new plans work...we needed 5 phones, and it was quite a task for our rep to pull it together. .He did....very happy with the welcome and full service we received....evening is a good time to go....very pleased indeed.. .be sure to give them a try.

Got a  Fido connection from a guy name Abu. I must tell, very helpful.. He took the time and went over the option and asked me about my daily usages to find me a plan within my budget. As I only need an affordable plan, not a phone. The guy is very knowledgeable and will provide you with accurate information.

These guys have helped me out alot. The manager Taj is clearly a great leader, his guys always know how to help. Chris has helped me pick devices even when I think I know what I want. He will help lay out the pros and cons of whatever I'm looking at.

I've spoken with Taj a few times and he's cheerful and very honest. I haven't had an issue with these guys yet!

They have good deals on all the providers and great customer service. I bought the wireless charger and UV phone sanitizer from the store. The guys are knowledgeable and explain to me the option and feature.

I was looking for an upgrade to my phone. Hussain was very helpful and was willing to work with me. I went to the Fido stores, on line and customer service. Only Hussain was able to offer me a competitive deal with the phone and plan. I walked away quite happy. With an additional 250000 pc points for groceries ($250) during Covid who can complain? I should mention I have been a fido customer for many years but due to their apathy I was very content to leave.

Best service I have ever received. My husband and I both got phones and plans. Paying less than I ever have with new phones. Everything was explained very clearly. I highly recommend the Mobile Shop.

Hussain was super helpful. He trippled my data allowance per month without any added cost to my bill, and I walked away with a New Phone, case and screen protector and only had to pay $0.58! Great Consumer Service! Thank you, Hussain!!
