I read in another post that Joseph was amazing. Let me assure you that he is an absolutely spectacular customer service rep. The service was stellar and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this Fido store and Joseph especially....a real asset to the company!!

I had an awesome experience with Dondi he was here for a long time since i got my iPhone 13 pro he is still the same professional that i know today he helped me make my sim an E-Sim he knows what he do and he love it I think this guy would be the best in any team we need more people like him thank you Dondi your one of the reasons i am with Fido

I've had the best experience at Fido Place Vertu St-Laurent Montreal today. I've never seen this patience in a person. I can't thank the employee enough for his time and explanation. It's very rare these days.

I made 3 visits in that store and every time they give excellent services and the last one the tech there was going to hurt himself to help fixing my phone so it will be compatible with my car magnet
people who complain about the waiting time it is because that ville saint laurent is very crowded and one store serves zillion customer.
Definitely recommend them

Great service you can receive, it was amazing 3 sales reps were available. They were very patient, we must of been in there for 90 minutes, never felt rush and yes at the end bought a new cell.

Très satisfaite du service reçu dans ce magasin par Mr Said, très professionnel, a su répondre à mes besoins et me trouver des solutions qui me conviennent, soucieux de la qualité du service à la clientèle, serviable,accueillant, à l'écoute et compétent.
Il a même pris la peine d'aller dans l'autre magasin pour me chercher l'étui et les tablettes, aussi me noter par écrit le récapitulatif de mes plans et mes forfaits en détaillant les prix, les mensualités, etc,,,,, vraiment waou, méthodique et organisé.
Un employé exemplaire !

Excellent service client. J'ai rarement vu un service aussi irréprochable. J'ait été servis par un employé en formation supervisé par le gérant. Ils savent répondre aux questions en toute honnéteté. Tout a été rapide et transparent.
