Staff at this location are amazing ! My wife and I went in there today not knowing what we need for our first newborn that's due to come in November; in terms of the stroller, bassinet and so forth and "Jenna" helped us with everything. She set up a registry account for us and made THE best recommendations. Anyone going to that location will definitely feel welcome and happy :)

It was my first time going to a Toys R Us (Baby R Us) with my husband to find items for our baby registry and as first parents, we didn't know much about what to get. We were helped by a kind, patient and helpful sales associate name Jenna that was excellent and walked us though everything we needed to know. She stayed with us for over 2 hours and was very honest and gave us the best advice on what to get and on what we didn't need. Thanks to her I completed my baby registry to 70% when I only entered with 7% and I got a sample bag at the end with baby goodies which was really nice. Keep up the great work and thanks again for the great service! I will be coming back again and I highly recommend this place due to the great customer service from Jenna.

I’ve been visiting this store for quite some time now and didn’t really feel as welcomed as other branches until I was greeted by Lexi. She went above and beyond my expectations and helped me with with items I needed for my siblings. Lexi made me feel like a valued customer and did more then I expected in my search for toys. I’m happy to know that this service is offered to us and I really appreciate the help. Highly recommend this branch to anyone looking to have a great experience and customer service!

I wanted to give a big thank you to Samantha, the assistant manager at Babies r us from the Decarie location.

I purchased few months ago my stroller and car seat set from Samantha, which I stored it in my locker.

As I am 1 week away from giving birth, we opened the box and realized the car seat was missing.

As i am 1 week away from my due date, you can imagine how stressed I was. I went to see Samantha and explained her the situation and she went above and beyond to help me with the stressful situation I was going through.

She managed to find the newer model of what I had purchased at another location, went to get it on her day off and brought it back to the Decarie location just for me.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have dealt with her. I can 100% assure you NO OTHER manager would have ever done this for a client.

She surpassed all my expectations and managed to help me go through a stressful moment in my pregnancy.

She deserves to manage all the Babies r us in Quebec. Give her a million promotions as I can vouch for her she provided me the next service I’ve ever received.

Ordered a toy set online and there was an issue to choose same delivery through Door Dash - Lexi, Alexia and manager Christine arranged everything on their side and I got the toy delivered the same day not even an hour after I spoke to them. Veryyyy pleased!
