Saturday July 13th, I got to the store a few minutes before closing. I asked for help to a young guy ( I doubted he could help) instead he knew perfectly well to answer my question in very short time. I needed a piece for my bathroom sink. The piece that he advised to me was exactly what it took!

An ideal place for all the needs of the house, apartment, gardens, planting flowers, plants, sidewalks, barbecues, bathrooms, kitchens, electrical appliances such as fridge, washing machine, dryer, oven and many more.
You can build a completely new home from the finest materials and the advice of experienced workers.

Great place, went there to buy a product to help me after the flood, employee took the time to locate ( not on the shelf ) found it on the top rack ( on pallet ) and brought it down with fork lift with safety in mind ( close off two aisles ) and apologize for the length of time it took, a plesent experience.

It’s plant season! great selection on plants for good price! Can’t wait to enjoy these plants outside in the patio.

Pricing is reasonable. A lot of products to choose from with ample parking space.
I was lost in the amount of product options that I had to ask for help. The first person I talked to was new, so he called in for someone with more experience to assist me, and it felt like that person was passionate about helping others - gave me all the details, recommendations, and tips & tricks.

The store is very well stocked and the staff is very attentive, mainly the cashiers.

I was looking for help in building a plumbing system for an off-grid camper van (needless to say, there's nothing standard about this). I was served by a young man named Bashar and was impressed not only by how well he knew his craft, but that he stuck with me for a good 30mins figuring out how to make this plumbing system work for me. I've never seen such dedication to solve a problem. Give this man a promotion, he deserves it and you need more staff like him.

Unless you know exactly what you're doing, it's very difficult to find good help at hardware stores these days.

However, this Home Depot has some surprisingly knowledgeable senior staff. In particular, I'd like to recommend Dom (he works in the window/door department). He took care of me every step of the way when I was looking to install doors in a soundproof room I built. He made sure I left with everything I needed including the knowledge. That's why I keep coming back here, thanks!

Excellent service at this branch in Montreal. Ordered online Delivery was on time and driver was experienced and careful with palettes unloading and placing. This is now my branch for shopping.

One of the places I go the most recently, prices are nice compared to other places I have shopped (for the same items). And their customer service is amazing, always had a great experience. Some details in the wood section could be improved, but overall great experience

Good place to buy different kinds of stuff and trees

One day my fridge broke. I went to home depo and got an excellent salesperson who helped me buy a very good refrigerator. They gave me a credit card to be able to pay it in 18 installments with 0% interest. They take out your old refrigerator. and I live in a basement. From time to time I receive letters with promotions of 24 installments without interest or % interest. That helps when you're in trouble.

Excellent customer service, very helpful and they come to you to verify if you need help, every employee was polite and nice. A special shout-out to the gentleman at the paint department who took the time to explain how to select according to my needs, and even if his shift was over, he helped me to cut my material so I could carry it back home. The young lady at the wood department cashier was also very helpful, professional and dedicated. A really great experience, I highly recommend! Prices are very good, equivalent more or less to others. (And to compare with Reno-Depot Marche central, although I went there only once so far, my experience was much better at Home-Depot!). Local and very convenient neighborhood hardware store. Been here for decades. Not as big as a supersized store but you will find what you need and at reasonable prices.

I was looking for some plumbing items thay need to be assembled. Luckly I got Mr. Jacques Cardinal help to idenify all needed parts, took the time to guide me and refer me to a place were I could find missing part that is not sold st Home Depot. Thank you Mr. Jacques.

I go to this location regularly and they are a pretty reliable place with quick service. They are easier to access then Reno Depot just across that has so much traffic. I definitely recommend them!

I love this home Depot. It's well organized and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have learnt to do many home projects just by taking a staff member's advice. Painting, making my own patio furniture etc was all possible. This location also rents equipment. I was able to rent a professional sander for sanding my patio. Definitely recommend

I recently purchased my entire kitchen from Home Depot Acadie and had it installed by them as well. The experience was outstanding! The designer (Nermeen) was very knowledgeable, helpful and so pleasant to deal with!! We couldn't have done it without her! The installer (Jimmy) also did a great job! He was punctual and detailed oriented during the installation. I highly recommend this store and specifically Nermeen and Jimmy to anyone looking to renovate their home!
