Tate + Yoko

What an incredible space with such awesome customer service. I came in from Seattle and I had visiting this store at the top of my list. I got in and was treated by a gentlemen with a shaved head who was super knowledgeable about all of the different denim and sizes and fits. The assortment was a dream. I purchased a denim jacket there and I’m so glad I was able to visit this store.

Buying jeans online requires a huge leap of faith, even more so when you know that you can't return the jeans (final sale). The crew at Tate and Yoko helped me find the right fit and worked with me for exchanges.
The jeans are awesome, something worth investing in.

This is the go to place for quality Japanese raw denim for a fraction of the cost of other companies. They also have amazing shirts and other fabrics to almost buy an entire outfit there. I'm not sure about underwear, and no boots yet, but everything they carry is top quality. The staff is also great. The whole team at the warehouse and the 2nd in line from the owner are super interactive with their customers, with weekly warehouse crew videos, and a few hours every Friday to spend with Bahzad and his wife, Risa, who are both major people at the company. To be a regular at Tate and Yoko means being part of an extended family of denim enthusiasts(nerds) and its a great family to be a part of.

Great product and quick service (AoMidori Selvedge). The shipping and packaging was good, slim and not much waste. I had some hesitation about sizing given the tag and waist size are very different. Turns out their sizing guide is spot on. Very happy with the experience and would buy from this shop again.

First pair of raw denim and they feel great. Very excited to break them in. Customer service was quick and helpful. Vinny was able to help me get the correct sizing after I ordered the wrong ones. Will order again.

Recently bought a selvedge denim trucker that's basically covered in 70's rainbow tape (any other GenXers out there remember). Been wearing it out to shows and it's an iconic piece of a lifetime already.

I have had nothing but top notch buying experiences with Tate & Yoko. I have made quite a few purchases online and my customer service experience with regards to shipping expedience has been the best. Highly recommend checking them out if looking for Naked & Famous Jeans. Also I once purchased a pair of an older release jean and made a mistake on the cut. I caught it and emailed them immediately and they exchanged the jean order before shipping. Fast responses from these guys.

Love! Great jeans offered in unique specialty denims and fit combinations. Very high quality. Take the time to check your exact measurements against their specific size charts, because you have to pay return shipping if you need to exchange.

Hello I buy jeans that I cannot find in France. On the other hand, I systematically pay customs fees plus delivery costs. You really have to love the Naked & famous brand to buy them. Sincerely

The customer service is absolutely exceptional at Tate and Yoko, not to mention the beautiful clothing. They go out of their way to make sure you feel like you are important and I end up feeling like I know them personally. Any issues I have are fixed and they truly go above and beyond. They'll even share their papusa or gabagool with an agouti.

I own half a dozen pairs of N&F jeans, mostly from Tate + Yoko. They hem quickly, their international shipping is stunning and they do great customer service. I left unclear instructions on an order and got a call from Vinny to clarify to sort it out before they processed my order.

It was my first buying selveged denim and shopping with Tate and Yoko. They definitely made the experience a good one! I made a mistake on my first order and they were quick to fix the problem. I ended up placing a second order— great customer service and great quality denim.

Absolutely fantastic. My requests were followed to the letter. My package looked a little roughed and the interior ziplock was open...I suspect that was customs though (I'm in the US, they're in Canada). Which is to say that Tate & Yoko did all they could and, really, went above and beyond to give me a care driven experience...because how many other places would go out of their way to include a bag INSIDE the shipping bag just to make sure your extraneous small stuff arrived in good shape? Not many.

Tate & Yoko offers a phenomenal shopping experience where you can trust you'll be taken care of, and I can not recommend them enough.
