Had a good in store experience. I had to ship a package and David was extremely helpful and friendly. Got everything done quickly. He also helped to cover old labels on the box to make sure that the parcel makes it to the correct destination.

The tall young man called David was extremely helpful in helping my husband and I ship a parcel to my parents. Quotes and box size and filling out the proper paperwork. This will be my go to location for shipping all my parcels! And a very practical location inside the Walmart ! THANK YOU !

Prices for shipping are a bit too expensive but the workers know what they're doing. Very nice guys. Helped me quite a bit to ship my package. The printing services are nice and quick. Overall good place to go if you need to return a package or print something quickly!

Today, Tuesday August 2nd: closed during opening hours for no reason??? Walmart employee said this happens often. It’s already hard as it is to drop off packages at UPS when you work 9-5, why do you have to make it harder…!

Went to ship two musical instruments. The clerk seemed oblivious to how anything worked and how the insurance/declared value system was set up. He had to try calling a manager multiple times and asked me to come back later. I ended up getting a bad feeling about using their services for shipping and decided to leave. Wouldn't recommend shipping anything larger than a letter or anything of value. Not the clerks fault necessarily - the managers should make sure their employees know how things work. Waste of time go somewhere else.

If you dont want to take risk with your stuff, please dont buy service from this UPS store.
My first bad experience is that I lost my stuff shipped by this UPS store. Secondly, I had to involve in extra expenditure on taxation once it arrived in my home country. The owner is just to try to get money into his pocket. He would promise this and that with you, and after he doesn't keep his word. Please be careful with the owner!!!

very, very bad experience, the boy at the reception knew almost nothing about sendind a parcel, could not help with almost nothing, coming from another planet, the old administration was way too responsible and reliable, now I do not go to this store any more, they lost a very good client...

Irresistible owner!!! Standard UPS would be fine but if you listen to the owner's promotions, I may be in trouble later because he just talks from his mouth.

The opening time is 9 am to 7 pm but presently i am at the store and it’s still closed.

Manned by a guy who is obviously uninterested and lazy to serve customers. Too lazy to punch in the tracking number to give me the receipt. Go here only if you have no other choice.

The only ups store to charge to print labels and clearly never scanned my item as I was not refunded yet.

Literally the worst !!
