The only place in town I ever shop at anymore. I've been to nearly every store in the city, and they're all missing 1 thing - the staff. I can't speak highly enough about them, Crystal always takes great care of me when I come in, seems like she's always there! Best prices, and BEST SERVICE in Cornwall.

Why haven't I left a review for my favorite cannabis store? I'm not sure. Yet, I am almost sure of one thing: they know me here. I feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer when I am greeted at the door.

I was introduced to Canna Cabana in Banff and it was welcoming and nice. Now, I frequent the Cornwall store. I love the staff and the store always looks great with the windowed layouts giving you an opportunity to browse while you wait.

I, personally, prefer to order ahead. But, the one thing that bothers me with ordering ahead is that it's supposed to save time but I still have to wait in line to pick up my order. I find this counterintuitive. Maybe have a line for people who order ahead to help get those customers in and out as soon as possible. Life is busy and overwhelming. When your returning online paying customers come to pick up their orders it would make their lives a bit easier.

Don't forget to say thank you to the staff as you leave. They are helpful, patient and know what you need to sweep you off your feet.

Bright, open, spacious setup! Staff are super informed, they use their products, and being able to have that first hand, person to person user experience/feedback, really helps in the decision making. Excellent service, friendly vibes, positive energy, and open until 11PM. As far as I’m concerned, all the boxes are checked off for me. Thanks again for the great service and vibes, definitely a spot to visit if you’re in the area. These folks are stacked to the brim, and then some. Awesome job!

I’ve only been to 2 canna cabanas but I can confidently say this one is the better of the two. Good prices as long as you become a member (which is free) and the staff are extremely attentive and helpful. Often times when shopping cannabis stores i feel a strange pressure to “get in and get out” but at this store i truly felt comfortable. This is a good spot to check out if you consume cannabis. It’s also a short distance from the century motel.

Absolutely awesome place for the weed enhjoyrs out there! For free you can setup an account and immediately save a bundle on all stock!!! It was 100% worth the hour drive to get here
