I've been receiving excellent service from Wesley lately. He's really knowledgeable in the electronics department and has helped me find what I needed for gaming purposes and more in the future. From my experience, I'd recommend his services for customers seeking products within said section of the store that align with their needs.

Overall, I've been a loyal customer with Bureau en Gros for a very long time and I got nothing but positive experiences with their team whenever I did business with them.

I received a top service from one of the employees who guided me on how to save money by printing a document through the printer all by myself instead of paying more through the front-desk employees who would charge much more! What a way to show big caring for customers. I definitely recommend this place!

Terrible place for printing. The employees dont know anything about it and the results are ridiculous. I was charged 22$ for 10 bussiness cards because they didnt know how to print them. I looked up the correct price afterwards and saw that I should have had a 100 for that price.

Helpful staff found the Razor mouse I was looking for in the backroom, price matched it no problen. Few days later ordered online for pickup in stores and it was smooth sailing. Would recommend if the price is right.

By far my favorite spot for electronics and office supplies. So far, I bought two computers and a printer and their service has been very good. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and I intend to keep doing business with them.

Great place to solve things like data transfer from disks (yeah, some entities still use optic disks for data transfers) to a mobile phone or other solid-state data storage.
I don't like the trend of data storage in clouds, where people depend on a permanent connection to their network (and governments have access to everything stored). Worse, there's a push to have even the processing done in the cloud, and the terminal be just a simple display that is completely dependent on its connection to the "mother-ship" -- no connection, no function. I am starting to believe the fringe funny guys with tin foil hats, that humanity is funneled into a hive-world creation, where everyone is just an insignificant insect completely dependent on its hive. Just look online how common is the imagery of bees on royal and imperial garments. Forget the reptilians, we are turning into the "Starship Troopers" with a twist - WE are the insects.
In today's plenitude of data storage solutions where, for example, I have a LG V60 (already obsolete 1-year old) with 120 gb system main and an SD card tray (yes, LG still offered their clients a micro-sd slot, unlike the i-sheeple or samsumeones) I have over 1 TERABYTE to store anything I want. There is no excuse to torture people by handing them a DVD disk, which contains only 100 megabytes of data, just to send them on an odyssey to hunt that rare mythical almost extinct device that has an optic disk slot. I remember the exasperation of cleaning dust-filled cd or dvd , and the gut-wrenching hours of watching the writer for any signs of hiccups, not just avoiding to touch the system, but praying to the gods that it will not create more expensive garbage; being under pressure to write a damn usable cd to send to the printing guys.
I was blessed to witness the journey from the PORTABLE Apple 2 C with a green screen and 5.25-inch floppy and 128 KB ram, to the present 1 TERABYTE; from the days when 100 Kilobytes seemed enough for word processing and other stuff and 1 megabyte was WOW, to nowadays where a moving-picture is digitized into SEVERAL GIGABYTES. Later in life I had to get my masters degree so I re-entered the word-processing and computer saga, and was surprised by the rapid evolution of these devices. Then I worked as a tech and had to deal everyday with disks of all kinds. I remember the days when I struggled to fit a movie in a 700 Mb CD by forcing the writer to keep writing outside of the limits, and checking afterwards if it worked, producing either an unreadable that went into the garbage, or a readable with an abrupt error message when the end credits rolled. Then the exciting elation of DOUBLE SIDED DISKS, and the appearance of the RE-WRITABLE, and the looks I got when I pulled out of my shirt pocket a mini-Re-writable with far less capacity but with the physical capacity to FIT IN MY SHIRT POCKET. Almost everybody wanted one. Now all those movies and all the precious data on those disks are destined for the garbage dump. I tried to recover data from some, but there are plenty of cheap disks that have become unreadable, and even expensive ones that out-gassed and are dead.
I lived to see the disappearance of disks altogether. I wonder what marvelous things are yet to come. I suppose the future will have eliminated all the physical items people fawn over. No more i-Pro-Super-Duper-Max-Extra or Sam-Phone-son, just a grain of silicon or Germanium implanted at birth to interface with the visual cortex and the auditory center, and maybe the motor. We WILL become Borg.
I suppose that a Staples center will always have a role to play, dealing with obsolete data retrieval and printing on paper for rare occasions; but the world will be full of people who talk to themselves and wave in the air like MIMES and hold meetings and parties in empty rooms with imaginary friends. The insane asylums will shelter the relatively sane ones. On the plus side, aliens will stop visiting, just as "normals" give a wide berth to the "funny" ones.

Great service BUT they need more staff and they really need to streamline their procedures. They still have to call other stores and be put on hold or not be answered at all to get products etc.

Not crowded. Pleasant staff, happy to help check stock availability and recommended other branches that had the item I wanted in stock.

Asked for a specific type of printer ink... they didn't even have to think: he went right to it and handed it to me. Also spoke both french and english. Thank you for the help.
