Ive been a customer for 2 years. Mavrick always gives the nicest service. Always takes time to explain and very helpful and honest. I recommend going to the shop just because of the service i get from Mavrick!

Dan was very attentive, and explained the different products. He clearly showed their differences and gave extremely helpful recommendations. I could not have been more impressed....and they did not try to oversell ! Prices are very competitive, more importantly is the excellent personalized service ! I highly recommend.

Been buying their liquids since before vape stores existed and the owner was renting some empty office space in a motel way down near st Bruno I think it was. Was ecstatic when the store opened downtown on St Laurent while I lived in the area, and glad they opened in Dorval when I moved west. Always been consistent taste and quality!

I come to this place all the time maybe twice a week and Dan gives me the best service of any place I've ever been super nice guy and they have a great selection of products and recommendations I always leave a happy customer!

Beautiful shop, extremely well kept and very clean. Like I'm not kidding it's modern feel is very stylish and the staff make you feel welcome and keep it professional.
The main lady working there ( Tam I believe ) is absolutely amazing at what she does and offers a superiors customer service to everyone who enters.
She fully explains the devices to clients and how to use them as well as show you how to use them. She takes the time to explain the warranty on the products which for hygienic reasons and others must be done though the manufacture .
Definitely the best location to go to as it's very calm and of course if I didn't say it before the amazing lady working there will make you feel like family!

I was looking to reduce my tobacco usage and supplement it with a 'vape' device.
The charming young lady who served me was beyond helpful as she patiently walked me through all the options with an eye to tailoring it to my specific needs.
She was highly knowledgeable and at no time pressured me towards one product or another. She was quite forthright in what I could expect from each of the devices we looked at.
I ended up getting two very dissimilar products along with the appropriate 'juices'. (She was perfectly correct in all her advice to me.)
I found the products to be of superior quality and the store to be immaculate and totally professional in appearance.
My experience was wholly pleasurable and I fully recommend this establishment.
