My recent visit to the LCBO was exceptional! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect wine for a special occasion. The store was well-organized, and the diverse selection was impressive. Overall, a delightful shopping experience.

Unknowingly, or at least not consciously, I pop into this LCBO location only to be met by Nancy, a new employee at this location. Nancy is encyclopedic about red wine. She directed me to a mid range red which has prompted this review. Basically, I love Nancy… And for so many reasons. Want wine advice? Go here. Ask for “Nancy Number One” and get the experience and advice you deserve!

Such a big store and such a huge variety! It's a great store and good luck to all the employees during the strike hopefully you'll get what you're asking for they all deserve it!

This store is great for selection and for moving the line up quickly... they have allowed me to enter as the doors were shutting for the night, super friendly staff!

Was in on December 23, like a dummy. They handled the busy crowds well and everything was easy to find. Was in and out quicker than expected.

Mel is an incredible staff member! She helped me out right away with everything I needed! And on top of that she gave incredible advice for a summery cocktail. So polite and personable. Hope to bump into her again!

The store is always good for having what I'm looking for, but today was especially great. The lady who went out of her way to assist me, and find other options of wine (low sugar due to me being diabetic) was just top notch. Amanda, you rock. To the manager of this location, she is an absolute asset!

I moved to Cambridge from Mississauga, and this LCBO is the closest to my previous experience - large store, big Vintages section and someone who has sampled some of the wines. I drive from Preston for the advice.

I've never been to this location till today they where the closest store that has the Bailey's Vania Mint Shake. Took a look and there Selection and Variety of products was awesome. Definitely worth the drive again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The store is always clean, organized and stock levels are well-maintained. Being located in the plaza makes shopping for items at multiple stores very convenient and saves driving around everywhere. On the downside, there's only a single entrance/exit to their own parking lot, which gets awkward & chaotic during busy hours.

Witnessed a customer tell a staff member who was helping a customer on the floor to go help on till today. Afterwards, the staff member smiled and said they get that all the time. The line up always moves fast at this location so I'm not sure what the issue was. I appreciate the fact they have a lot of staff on the floor because I legit ask them for help or advice 80% of the time I go in there. They do a great job on till and their service on the floor as well.

Friendly and helpful staff! Even got introduced to a new app - Vivino - for me to try to learn more about wine!

Isles are nice and wide. Very clean. Large selection. Multiple checkouts makes the checkout process easy and quick

This Lcbo is usually busy during the evening hours. However, I have never experienced a very long wait to check out my purchases. The selection of liquor is great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I would also say the parking lot is pretty decent as well as it’s connected to a grocery store parking lot.

Friendly service, large selection. I really like how there are promotions available and on display. This past Valentine's there was a bunch of wine available for the occasion. I didn't end up trying it, but I spoke with the cashier who was very knowledgeable and gave me a brief idea of what the wines we're, what she enjoyed and what I might like next time I'm in. Great experience.

This is a large LCBO so they have a huge selection which can be an issue if you don't know what you want. I have one suggestion though and that is all the stores have the same layout. Most of my time spent in this store was looking for the items because I already knew what I wanted. I like to get in and out as quickly as possible.

Great staff. They insisted that I don't carry a heavy box out to my car and had a staff member do it for me. The selection was pretty good. I just wish they would carry more 1,5 Ltr Red wines from South Africa.

Every staff member is so kind. I know it can be a tough job with the new restrictions, but they managed to welcome me, direct me to the right product, and check me out with a smile on their faces (on a Saturday night!!). I appreciate the sanitizing spray, with a smile, upon entry. Thanks for keeping us safe and continuing your amazing service through COVID. It does not go unnoticed.
