The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are there to help as soon as you walk in the door. They won't let you flounder if you're too shy to ask for help. They had everything that I needed in stock and helped me gather it all up in about thirty seconds flat. :) Very pleased and will go back!

My first experience at a noble grape location was ( ok ), my second experience at the same store was ( I will never go there again ). I then made a phone call to the Coldbrook location and had asked if there was anyone there who had some " know -how ", on beer making. He said he had some experience with beer making, so I asked him his name, and he said his name was Ed, and that he was the manager of the store. I then told him the problem that I was having with my beer and the experience that I was having with this other" Noble Grape "
location. To make things short , Ed told me to come to the Coldbrook location , and he would make things right . I went to the Coldbrook location, just yesterday, and sure enough , he did what he had said he would do , ( make things right ), that to me , means a lot. I purchased a few more beer supplies there and got some valuable tips on brewing. My experience at the Coldbrook location was A - 1- and second to none. They have gained my trust , and another loyal customer. Thank you Ed, and the Coldbrook Noble Grape , location.
