Bought out first smart TV in Canada 🇨🇦. We were in good hands of Raj. He understood our needs and budget. Guided us for the best options and gave us advice and time to make our decision final. We told him for renovations at home and also scheduled the delivery with our choice. Thanks to his patience and understanding.

Staff here are super friendly and very knowledgeable. This location is fairly new and as a result looks very modern, clean, and well organized. The prices are very reasonable and the products are great quality. The customer service experience is phenomenonal. I made a purchase recently for a 2017 Samsung CURVED Smart TV and this product had a defect. As a result of this, the staff had given me a 2018 Model instead which I thought was a super customer service thing to do. Great job, Visions. 👍

This is a good store to shop for electronics. Their prices are very competitive and in store service is also good. I hate going to Bestbuy store because it is very hard to find anything and it is very hard to get any help in the store as well. I have started buying stuff from Visions store now..

This location was able to change my bitter experience from the heartland amd Vaughan location. It’s very important who you deal with and which location you are at. Visions have great deals, no doubt. However, the customer service differs tremendously from location to location. I was about to return my product and never even look back at Visions Electronics because of my horrendous experience from other location. But Akshar, the manager was able to turn me around 360 and changed my point of view about the company. I would highly suggest Visions Electronics, but only the Brampton location.
