The Playmobil Store

I would very much like express my delightful experience from ordering on line. I ordered a very hard to find Playmobil Advent calendar on Saturday. This item was sold out everywhere in all of Vancouver and surrounding areas. My grand daughter wanted one very badly. I placed the order last Saturday afternoon and received it this morning with Canada Post. I had sent 3 messages to their support team and my messages were answered almost immediately. I was very impressed. They went above and beyond to help me and make my grand daughter one very happy girl . I HIGHLY recommend and I will be doing all my toy shopping for my 4 grand children from here for many years to come. This was my first experience shopping with them and I’m a happy grandma . Thank you 😊

Friendly, helpful staff. We were in today they didn't have what my nephew wanted in stock but they got it from there other store and had same day.

Love this store!

There are not much Playmobil selections here. For example, there was literally 2 fairy tales series (idk what’s it called) in stock and 4 sets of novel more etc. price were ok for the playmobil section. But I really don’t know why they called themselves “ the playmobil store” even toy trader have more selections them this place, even my cousin was disappointed at this store :(

Called twice to put something on hold. Bussed all the way there that day to be told they sold it...
