I had an amazing experience at Tommy Store. Not only do they have a great collection of items, but the staff is incredibly helpful, especially the lady cashier. She was so polite and attentive, making the shopping experience even better. Highly recommend!

Very helpful staff! I was browsing the store with some items in my hand. A gentleman came to me giving me a shopping bag for free to have my items in it.

Tommy will always be a place where I will go for shopping. I like their customer service and the quality of the cloths.

We come regularly from another city because Cambridge has our favorite store Tommy Hilfiger. Been wearing the brand since I was a teenager and now my daughter loves the brand. I wish I would of saved some of my Hilfiger clothes but luckily they did come out with the capsule collection.This store is very neat, clean and the employees are always helpful and treat us great! I always come home a happy shopper! Definitely will be back.

Having been going here since before I was old enough to remember, the staff have always been eager to help and awesome to be in the company of. As this is a department store, there are always sales going on. I appreciate the staff enough at this store to drive 2+ hours one way to shop here, at least once every other month :)

The store is always clean. It is spacious and the customer service representatives are always friendly. It is rarely packed, hence very easy to go in, shop and leave quite quickly.

Really awesome store drove from Waterloo to Cambridge to check it out, Tommy Hilfiger has amazing clothes for my teenage daughters and top quality. Love this store.

Did not find any clothes laying on the floor like I always see at Toronto's premium outlet store. Everything is nice and organized
