I’ll start by saying that I hate shopping for clothes. That’s the reason I feel compelled to share positive feedback for the entire staff at BR in Cambridge.

A few moments after I walked in, and not in the usual Gap-style annoying way, Stephen approached and politely asked if there was anything he could do to help, and when I shared what I was coming in to look for, immediately pointed out the areas where I could find what I’d come in to buy.

When he noticed that I was looking at a particular pair of pants, he let me know a little about them and made a few other suggestions of other styles that I might want to check out. After I had accumulated an armful of clothes, he walked over and asked if he could start a change room for me.

The rest of the staff mirrored his approach… casual, helpful and friendly, but not constantly in-your-face.

When a shirt didn't have the exact fit I liked, Stephen immediately recommended a different one, which was perfect. This sort of interaction happened multiple times.

I could go on-and-on, but I’ll instead finish up by saying that this was a stellar shopping experience from start to finish… and for someone who genuinely despises clothes shopping, I would say that is extremely high praise. Thanks to Stephen and the whole team.

Visiting clearances? Just make sure you double-check the price you're gonna be charged at the front desk. This lovely place is usually crowded, and staff members may make mistakes when calculating the %off.

The customer service here is astounding! The Manager Stephen obviously trains staff on how to treat customers and it shows! Every time I shop at this Banana Republic location the staff members are so welcoming and helpful. Today I was there for the family and friends 50% discount. Lana was so helpful in advising me around my purchases and bringing me different sizes and colours etc. The team member at checkout was very warm and friendly also. Overall another great shopping experience!

I was blown away by the high level of customer service each associate displayed. Each employee I interacted with was extremely helpful, kind, and went above and beyond for me.

Its a great location! The staff were very friendly and helpful during my last visit. Everything was well stocked on the floor, the store was clean, and change rooms were open. I always enjoy coming here 👌

Great place and prices. The customer service was wonderful. I went to see some sunglasses and I ended up with more clothes. However they were extra 40% off . I'm glad I stop here.
