You have one very happy customer! I can’t thank these ladies enough for everything they did to ensure I got the purse I loved.

Steph was amazing and very helpful. I was searching for a size and colour in a jacket, she was kind to do a video call with me to show me the colour as she described the jacket in detail. She also showed me some wallets that were marked down.
I did a purchase over the phone for the jacket and a wallet which was shipped to me. Process was smooth and pleasant. Thanks again Steph!!

I always have such amazing service when going to the guess store in Cambridge Ont. The ladies are so helpful and polite , smiles and friendly welcomes when I walked in the store. . I was shopping for my friends birthday and thanks to the 2 ladies working I was able to put together the perfect gift. Not to mention they made sure I knew about the sales and promos offered in which I ended up getting myself a shirt as well. I was coached in how to use my loyalty card as well as I had no idea. She helped me down load the app so I can receive some deals. Thank you for taking the extra steps to making my shopping experience perfect !

This location is amazing. Staff was patient with me and assisted in a professional manner. Sef in particular is exceptional. I would shop here again and recommend this location to friends based on my service here. Shopping here rather than taking a chance online would be worth your while.

Great service! There was a huge line up and we waited over 30 minutes to cash out but the staff was friendly and apologetic so made the experience much better!

This amazing review is for MJ. This is from a few days ago now and I keep on forgetting. MJ, you were amazing when I came to the store last time to buy dresses for my niece. Right from the time I walked into the store until I left, you made sure my queries were resolved and I had the best possible customer experience ever :) I have worked in retail before and I know how challenging it could be at the end of the day to stay positive and friendly towards each customer. This location is not only well organized but the staff, MELISSA and her crew are the best and I have stopped at many other locations,, so if your in the Cambridge area and want great customer service go there. 10/10 across the board

Met Eva today at the store and her helpful nature and excellent customer service skills helped me and my wife find and order what we were looking for, which wasnt available at the store but she looked it up for us and also helped her order it online thru the store which saved us shipping. Today I went to guess factory in cambridge and before I went I phoned if their was an item in stock I talked to Miriam she was very kind and she was super helpful , few hours later I went to return some items to the store and I saw her in person she is LOVELY and she thought of all the ways to not only make a customer happy but also a HUMAN BEING . These days I do most of my shopping online so I don’t visit any of the Guess Store unless I have to return or exchange an item. This particular outlet isn’t too bad. The staff is always changing but the girls are pretty nice and helpful. Aside from that I’ve never had any problems regarding the return or exchange of an item. The only thing I don’t like is that online purchases are different vs in store. For instance, the points system. Regular Guess shoppers will know what I’m talking about. Anyhow keep up the good work.
