After a very frustrating few days of back and fourth with returns and trying to find things in stock at staples, I gave up and tried this best buy, I was in and out in 5 mins!
Service was friendly, smiley and helpful and not pushy.

One of the nicest employees i've ever met, vivek gill helped me a lot i'd 100% recommended going to this best buy just for viveks customer service. he provided great tips and tricks for the use of my new device

Wow I just spent 15 minutes in this store. I want to say a special mention to the employee that served me. Nicholas. Just wow. I would hire this young man in my store anytime. The service I just got from him was outstanding. I went in for a micro sd card showed me one on special saved there. The. Just as a joke to asked if he had any ps5. He told me she to check online when the delivery arrived. At the cash register he asked me which one I actually wanted. He actually took the time to go check in the back store and he came back with one. I was like wow!!! You just made a teenager (my son) a happy person. Again Nicholas thx for the amazing service. Went to Best Buy Vaudreuil-Dorion today to switch phone plans with Best Buy Mobile. The Customer Service representatives were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Baw, Noah and Inder for your consumer electronic needs.

My wife and I traveled from the South shore to this location and got there a couple of minutes before they closed with our luck we were greeted with absolutely friendly and incredible staff. The item that we put aside was easy to locate we were in-and-out very fast. What made this experience special is that we felt horrible about being there at the last minute and we knew that the staff would have to stay a couple of minutes longer in order to fulfill our order which was an AC unit that was only available at that location. Normally staff gets irritated and annoyed however this staff was patient courteous kind respectful and did not make us feel in any kind of way uncomfortable. I was part of the Best Buy team when they 1st came to Canada and helped launch the 1st Greenfield park location it gives me an immense amount of pride to know that the values that we bestowed 10 years ago are still going strong today. Robert, Simran and the front desk lady were more then awesome they were what Bestbuy represents. Bestbuy gave me the disapline i needed to grow as a person and eventually start my own company. I will forever be in debebted to bestbuy and what they taught me as a young man. I would like to single out Robert if i may, Robert you're where you should be, your behaviors yestuerday was nothing short but perfection, this store is lucky to have you. Thank you for the awesome bestbuy experience.

Just bought a TV from there on Saturday. The gentleman that sold me the TV was very professional and very polite. I wasn't sure which one I wanted and he explained everything that I asked. I will definitely return to this Best Buy.

Great place to buy a phone, just wait for a sale since they have them often. Give yourself at least 1h30min too. I have also bought several items using the best price guarantee. It's really worth it. You basically get the same price as online but don't have to pay tax.

This best-buy has one of the best customer services in the whole world. I highly recommend that you come to this best buy during black friday for some amazing sales. Also if your kids need a job best buy hires starting from the age of 15 so make sure they make their cv's to hand in. Whenever i go to best buy i always end up buying something just because they always seem to have the things i need for example yesterday i went to best buy and came out with a t-fal cooking machine for my mom.

Bought a new phone from the mobile phone section in vaudriel.the lead guy was named Matt and let me tell you it was the best most professional service I have ever recieved in recent memory.this guy needs to be in the corporate head office. It was refreshing to see young guy that actually gives a dam about his job and takes it seriously.

I love Best Buy for everything it holds. I bought my phone, drone, computer, tv, camera, Google home, speaker, earphones and Xbox there. It's the best electronic store with its variety of stuff!

I'm giving this place 5 stars because they are phenomenal at not helping you. It truly is a 5 star gift to be this bad at customer service. So much so that it must be intentional, so if that is what they are going for....5 stars all the way!

Smaller Best Buy than most but staff is super friendly and helpful. Although not the largest Best Buy, it carries a lot of stock and I almost always find what I'm looking for.

Bought a Toshiba tv that died 2 months out of warranty. They took it back for repair despite it being it of warranty! Went above and beyond!

Was helped by sales guy named Paul. He was beyond helpful. Went out of his way to find answers to questions I had where he did not have immediate knowledge
