My go-to for Canada Post and UPS return. Convenient and reliable, plus open till much later than other drop-off locations on the weekdays.

Very lovely people and always super helpful. This is my local cornerstore and I’m in there often. They always greet everyone and are very friendly. Good product selection for such a small place as well!

The people running this store are so rude, they leave packages out in the open for anyone to take, half the time they're not paying attention. They make you go find your package, even in a back storage room. They barely speak English so its extremely difficult to communicate with them. They are kurt and gruff and yell, zero customer service skills. I went to pick up a package today and this is what I had to deal with, but when another person walked in who was the same nationality as them, they were so nice to that person. I dread when my packages end up here and I have to deal with these people. Seriously, shame on them!

Took in a box for Canada Post and they refused to take it. I asked why and she said it was too big. I told her I would complain to Canada Post that they wouldn't take the box, and when she heard the word complain, her story changed. She took the box. The owners of this store are not helpful and are not interested in helping their community. Frustrating.

Refused my Fedex return package. Said package was too big and the Fedex guy doesn’t come here to pick up everyday. Time wasted.

Problem with my package I was told return the next day and it was sent back and I was not informed to I arrived. I wont be returning this place is a joke take your business else where.
