Absolutely love this location! Not super busy with a wonderful selection of equipment for the spring season, since i’m new to cycling. Lauren was very helpful and knowledgeable with bicycles and getting me the right gear, along with helpful tips and recommendations on trails! If you’re also looking to haul your own cycles, she will hook you up with the perfect system for your needs! Ive already hit a trail so far, and the experience was so easy. Thank you so much Lauren!!

I was here at this to store to shop some stuff for my little Boy....And the customer service that I received by these guys deserves 7 stars...Simone and Pierce are Amazing....helpful/knowledgeable with super awesome attitude...they are definitely the brand ambassadors for sports Chek at this location....keep rolling guys....

This is a good location for this francize and has all the products you would ex[ect and a clean and efficient layout. We were well helped by their staff and one of them who also really showed an great customer service and helped us pick out the right product was actually the store manager Pierce...and we are now best friends! We will continue to use this location as our preferred store in this francize and Bolton is lucky to it it here.

Great customer service. Everyone is very friendly. I purchased online and picked up in store. It was a seemless, effortless transaction. Their online inventory is VERY accurate. I would highly recommend this location.

This location was very tidy and had lots of merchandise in stock. The manager and staff were very helpful when trying to find sizes.

Had issues with my skates where the blades got cracked. Pierce and Tyler at SportChek hooked me up with proper replacements. Both were super easy goinf. Highly recommend giving this location a visit.

The best store manager named Elle. The sweetest, most concerned and kindest managers I have come across in a long long time. She cares for her customers and truly drivers the best customer service possible.

Great experience tonight at the Bolton Sport Chek. Went in looking for a pair of running shoes for my son and found what I was looking for in part due to the help I received from Julian. He was patient, professional and knowledgeable.

Maybe the time of day or even the time of year? Went in 10 minutes after they opened and found person to help me. 2 minutes came back with what l wanted! At the cash having a friendly conversation with the person helping me. Finished my experience in 15 minutes and coming out feeling important and amazed at the personal touch l experienced. Wont go to any other Sport Chek from mow on! Will tell everyone about this for a while. Thank you very much!

We visited the store during COVID 19. Store was very clean and associates were making sure no more than 10 people are inside at a time. Cashier wiped out the checkout lane between customers. We were bought a bike for our daughter. Pickup in 4 days. We hope everything will be ok.

A relatively small Outlet in comparison to big cities but has a good collection every time. All the staff members are very welcoming and always there for your help. I high five to all the staff.

Fantastic customer service from Luke. Very helpful gentlemen. Did a great job in fixing my bikes. Very hard to find that kind of amazing customer service these days!

Good store. Always greeted kindly when I enter, and always someone to help if I need to find something. Skate sharpeners are hit and miss, otherwise everything else is very good. Huge shoe selection!

Must definitely leave a review for this store because of the staff working there, really helpful even tho they don't have much stock left but the customer service compensated for it.
