Had my time with this place in the past. They still struggle with consistent inventory but a really good group of girls working here. Hard workers with great smiles that have really turned my opinion around on this spot. Good customer service and they do their best to accomodate. Keep up the good work!

Great staff! Very helpful and friendly! I had never been to this store before. I went in after dropping my device. They repaired it on the spot for no charge! I then ended up buying something in exchange for their friendly and knowledgeable service. Great place, great people. Highly recommended!

This is the place if your are wanting to start vaping or are quite experienced. The staff is very knowledgeable about all their products as well as all the new govt changes in regards to new taxes and bylaws. With all the knowledge, they are also helpful, accommodating and friendly. It's the one stop shop for me and would recommend to anyone!!

Came to this location after breaking the glass for my tfv18. I'm from Ottawa and all my spare parts are there. Thank God we found this place and thanks plenty to shabnam who spent nearly 45 mins trying to help us find a solution. She did, she unbelievably did. It's honest, helpful people like her that make me appreciate this industry and the great people like shabnam in it.

No DIY section like a couple other GTA vape stores but I still enjoy this location. Clean store front and friendly staff. The Juice delivery service was great during COVID!
