Employee Francesca Mc. working in the beauty department is socially open, informative, and kind. Her energy and smile solidified my purchase while I was contemplating. I would like her to be recognize for all her hard work. Her attentiveness is infectious. I'm a senior manager myself and I can tell you it is beyond difficult not only to find, but maintain employees like Francesca. I hope she gets recognize for this! She deserves a raise :)

Moving around a lot, it has given me the chance to try and experience many different pharmacies and their customer service. From my experiences here, they have been nothing but exceptional.
So many pharmacies, really do not care about the issues that people go through to get their prescriptions should their be a date/mixup or mistake with the prescription, etc.
Everyone i have dealt with here are incredible. They care about their customers and do their absolute best to help and accommodate you as much as possible. I would give this higher than 5 stars if I could for this place. I highly recommend for everyone to give these guys a try.

When you first walk in its so nice to be greeted by one of the cosmetic team members. This is my go to place for cosmetics because they know the products very well and can recommend accordingly . I also get mine and my fur babies prescriptions there and the pharmacy is super helpful .Its always the same pharmacists so they get to know you on a first name basis and will always take the time to answer questions.

My husband and I love this pharmacy and we really really really like the male pharmacist that works a lot of the time. One time someone else was working there and man she was rude it made me wonder who hired her but anyways ignore the one bad apple I really love this pharmacy it’s our spot for a few years now. Can say we are regulars

Amber in the Beauty Boutique was so kind and very helpful. She took the time to find the correct colour of foundation for me and has a great eye for matching to your skin tone. Amber also called another Beauty Boutique for me as their store was out of a product. Very pleased!!

I went to shoppers today there was a security guard which he was helpful he was too tall with a good physique he tried to help me to take my groceries
And also this is the first time I feel secured
Because he was doing his duty very well and useful
I want to thank you for having this tall security

The pharmacy team is very helpful and very efficient. The cosmetic team knows thier products. The front line staff is very friendly and get you through the check out quickly. This is my favorite shoppers drugmart.

Great customer service especially from Marianne who was our cashier on Saturday January 9th, 2021. She made is a pleasure to shop and we go there even though we have a shoppers much closer to home.

Their photo studio staff was friendly and helpful. It is a nice and spacious store. Large selection.

I almost deducted for security guards and staff being SUPER paranoid about theft. But the pharmacists are so awesome that I didn't. But guys, call off the dogs!! :-)

Staff was soooo awesome!! They could see I was having difficulties due to my back injury and brought my basket to cash. It meant so very much to me!! 😅
