The best customer service that I've had in years in any clothing store. The team of women there are highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful without selling you anything that you don't need. I'm writing this review because I was so impressed. I normally do not write reviews

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cold feet warrants the best woolen socks in town. Their clothing definitely are comfortable, durable, casually stylish, odor-repellent (from their claims, no personal experience here!) and well worth the initial investment since you will love them for years to come. This is by far my favorite brand and will journey with me in my entire adult and retirement life.

We recently ordered two jackets online, and need to make a return for the correct size. We did call the customer service, Maria was very helpful. The return process was handled professionally. We just got those jackets in perfect size. Great products and great customer service!

Excellent quality of clothes and the service especially the one at MacArthur outlet mall is just filled with excellent service people. I was not intending to buy anything ended up with two pieces. Good deals and excellent quality. Highly recommended

Love icebreaker. Premium quality stuff if you are looking to buy some merino wool garments. I have tried their socks, tshirt and undergarments and I love they are really comfy and can be worn full day everyday with no issues. Looking forward to winters and trying their base layers.

Went shopping for socks and outerwear for family. Nicaelo was very helpful and professional. He promoted, and not pushed the store products to us.In fact, i was shocked by the level of customer service as many of the outlet stores do not place an emphasis on service. We left the store extremely satisfied with the products we brought.

Very happy with my recent experience at Icebreaker McArthur Glen outlet. Since I live on Vancouver Island, I called the store to see if they had some items I was looking for. Richa went above and beyond to find the items I was seeking, and then to arrange shipping for me. She followed up with me throughout the process, was super friendly over the phone, and my items arrived within 2 days of ordering. Thank you Richa and Icebreaker outlet!

They are on sale now! 50%. Yay! I have always want to try their clothings and today I bought a tee for $40 (discounted price). I have high hope for it. Service is very good and they offer advice and explanation of their products; why it's so expensive usually. I like this shop so far.

Premium quality merino clothing: soft, body-temperature in cold ski and warm cycling weather, and not itchy! We even like the revised policy on the lifetime guarantee on socks!

The prices here are a steal. I love my IceBreaker stuff and loaded up properly once I saw the sales here. Well worth a visit. Look in all the nooks and crannies and you'll find something you like. Great for summer and winter.

Solid little outlet store. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store has always gone out of their way to make sure I was getting the best deal possible.

Excellent customer service from Amanda. It is an outlet so sizing and styles can be hit or miss but they will do what they can to find you items that will work.
