Dollarama

My kids and I come to this location because Mr. Leo works here. He is so kind and so helpful. He always puts a smile on our faces. Mr. Leo is literally the best!!

Awesome place. Cheap, easy to navigate, and the cashier named Romeo is the best.

This is a very nice Dollarama!! I frequent here, and they have a lot of different things for very cheap! Want dirt? Yep. Jars? Yep. Children’s party favours? Yep! Anything you can imagine, it will probably be for sale here. It may not be top of the line, but what do you expect? The most things will ever cost here is $4.

He really liked the succulents, but was disappointed when they were all fake :(

This is a good store and you never see any homeless people in here or any bums, so I always feel safe. The prices and selection are always good. The cashiers are always friendly and smiling.

I am always happy to visit Dollarama. I bought a few decorative boxes ($4 each). Unfortunately, their locks didn't work, and i was unable to exchange them.
They should change their policies so customers can exchange the defective product and not spend their hard earned money on damaged items.

Spacious and very open Dollarama. Love their checkout since it is all centralized and there is only one line! Looking forward to many finds!

No homeless people here, very safe location!

The cashiers are so friendly . I love that this location isn't replacing them with unreliable self serve stations. The interactions are always a bonus at the end of my visit. Romeo and Leo are outstanding 👏 👌

This place is awesome. You can find most everything you need. Food, household items, small electronic items, gift items etc. Customer service is great. The place is kept clean and items are always organized. The prices are also very good.

Jan 19, 2018 just before 6 PM - there was a young lady working alone at the tills, slight, long pony-tail, dark hair. There was a long line-up and she started working two tills at once to move everyone along faster.
She did a great job! Showed good common sense, initiative, etc. They are lucky to have such an employee.

The Best Store In Edmonton !!!!
I have been going to this location for a two years or so. I like how the store is organised, clean neat and ALL the staff are very courteous and professional.. The manager Shani is so kind and professional and helpful. Her store is beautifully stocked with terrific merchandise that is in perfect order and so neat.! I have made so many recommendations to friends, family and neighbours to go to this store. Unfortunately, I was at the store a few days ago and witnessed an extremely rude and sarcastic customer who was yelling at the manager. The customer was so loud everyone in the store could hear her. I applaud the manager, Shani. She dealt with this lady that was yelling very well. The manager politely asked the lady to calm down so that she may help serve her needs better. The customer decided to continue yelling and even threw some merchandise on the floor. Myself, I have several years of Management experience in the Customer service field and I know how difficult, stressful and challenging it is to deal with such people.. Shani was able to diffuse the situation, calm the customer down and did her best to help. It is a shame that anyone working should have to be subjected to people like this terrible customer.You can see how well Shani is respected by her staff - because they are all so pleasant and well trained. I am posting this e-mail because I feel too many people would rather make baseless and exaggerated complaints as opposed to providing praise when good service is provided. The manager did provide great service to this customer. She also demonstrated to myself and other customers that were there that great service is offered to anyone - even rude impolite people. Way to go Shani!

Leo is an amazing Cashier and I always look around for him every time I go in just to say hello! He remembers me by name and always puts a smile on my face. Such a lovely man and an awesome energy to have In the store. Hands down the best employee I’ve ever gotten to interact with in ANY dollarama I’ve been to.

Love this Dollarama ! Staff is very friendly. Always full of fantastic items for cheap and inventory is always changing. Every week there's something new!

The dollorama store chain has been an ever evolving powerhouse in the north American market for mega quantity low priced products. I have been shopping at dollorama for a few years now and they have a great selection of house hold items, everything from kitchen items utensils to bathroom accessories to San is and so on. The prices are usually in increments of a dollar, with the more expensive items being 3 dollars. Some Items are in dollar increments plus quarters. Most of re stuff is one, two, or three dollars. I personally go to here for candy and snacks, which they have a huge selection of. This location in particular is very new, as it just opened this year. It never is super busy, and the staff seems to be competent of what they are doing. The aisles narrow, but usually not busy enough to be concerning. Overall, a great place to shop for everyday knick knacks and household items for a cheap price. Highly recommend it.

The store is clean and items are displayed well. Staff is able to direct to the appropriate aisle for your needs good amount of merchandise

We have been having a valuable shopping experience in this Dollorama outlet, coming from a well known Canadian (as it is published) company.
Prices are one of the attraction here, besides investing our dollars within the country. It's also an advantage to shop simple hardware, kitchen, beauty, garden, and other non expensive items in one visit, under one outlet.

My family and i been visitting this location for the last year and everytime i visit store is immaculate. The staff are friendly and product knowledge with a high variety of needs and helpful. The manager shani is a great on hands on with any service or attention. Best dollarma in the southside Edmonton, or better said all of Edmonton.

This is one of my favorite Dollarama stores. There is rarely a long line, and its almost never packed. It makes for a very comfortable shopping experience. The staff are very friendly, and the selection is great.

This place actually has so much name brand products for a fraction of the cost
Smart choice Cheddar popcorn 2 bucks instead of 5-6 bucks at safeway or superstore
