I found a complicated problem for immigrating my previous sim card to BELL,
Fortunately, there was a talented agent , Melissa Quessy ,she was extremely patient and skillful, she did it for me after 10 days waiting.

High rating is strictly on the Service that is excellent at this particular location, staff are very helpful and take the time to be as clear as possible. Location manager is often involved in operations and is in touch with customers, so accessibility is not an issue. If I was to rate Bell on the plan I am getting, as well as the invoices amounts, rating would change for sure

Received the best service at Bell (Dorion) Dilson is a great asset to the company. Very knowledgeable. He was able to fix what seemed impossible by 3 prior phone technicians. I will recommend to friends and family that they come to this store in the future with any concerns👍

Went to vaudreuil....clerk was sooo rude and disrespectful. I walked out unsatisfied.... came to DORION couldn’t have asked for a better service wow not only did i get what i needed but they went above and beyond to give me an exceptional service. Highly recommend DORION store.
