I went there because my computer was making weird noises, thankfully it turned out to just be a cable hitting my fan and they fixed it right away free of charge. They even did a BIOS update and updated some of my drivers. I was able to pick the computer right up the same day and they taught me some new things I didn't know about.

Really cool and nice staff. I've gone there a couple of times already and every time it's been a great experience.

Have nothing but positive things to say about their service and management team. Were beyond helpful and VERY patient with me going over different options for a new custom PC build. Yvon and Mitesh went up and beyond answering all of my specific questions and were just all around pleasant company regardless.
They also ran diagnostics and testing on a desktop that was part of a flood and were very helpful in dealing with that situation.
They do price matching, have great/helpful staff and will help you if there is anything they don't have....what more are you looking for!

If you're looking to build a solid PC for gaming or work, this is the place to go. The staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to computer parts. I needed a PC that could support the latest games and Jasper was very helpful for picking the right components. The employees are friendly and professional. Great place to get your PC parts or other tech related equipment ranging from cables,simulation equipment, or to build a whole new PC. The staff are friendly and will try to help you out. There is a pc repair counter if you ever need it.

amazing experience at the store today, the staff was extremely friendly, did not try to upsell me and took their time explaining everything clearly. Ju and the Manager was very friendly and helped me through all the parts I thought I needed and even some that I did not know I needed. Yvon the technician took his time with my new motherboard, CPU and Ram, he made sure all the bios were updated and that everything was detecting correctly amazing service with awesome recommendations from both Yvon and Ju. I had a great chat with everyone there it felt like a cozy tech talk between friends rather than a customer and sales staff relationship , I would 100% recommend anyone that wants to upgrade their existing build or in need of a new one to visit this store, the staff will not disappoint !

I got there to clean my PC, they found an issue on my processor and they did everything to fix it, they advice me with every step, etc. They did a A1++ on the PC, amazing job. I'll come back there for sure when I have something with my PC or new parts.

I got my computer assembled through Canada Computers in July 2023. 3 months after I had an issue where I was getting blue screen of death. So I called them up and they asked me to the bring the PC to their store.

The technician Yvon not only helped me fix my issue but also helped me resolve other questions and problems I had. That too, completely free of charge.

It has most pc components you need. Staff are friendly and the most important thing is that they acknowledge the discounted price when you bought the item during sale or pre orders. Ordered RTX 3060TI and waited almost 2 months

This week on Thursday, My husband and I went to this store because I need a highly professional PC for my study and future job.
We talked with Jasper and the store Manager, they are both super helpful and friendly. besides, they are very very knowledgeable and professional in comparing the parts and explained to us very very patiently with a lot of highly specialized information. We really appreciate it. We ordered build assembling my PC for them because I have total trust in them that will assemble the best. This future week we will go for picking it up.
