The owner is very knowledgeable and provided many options for me to send a package to Bangladesh. Also he had Ria Money Transfer and I was able to send money back home!

Great Service and plenty of parking close to home!

Every time that I had to ship packages the service was great. On one occassion I had misplaced my mailing label and he took the time to print one out for me, at no cost. Since Covid, I have found that customer service today is practicality non existent.

J’ai remarqué il y a quelques mois que le magasin avait changé de propriétaire et que cela fait plaisir!
Le monsieur est super efficace, il connaît son métier et vous n’attendez pas deux heures pour faire une transaction.
UPS devrait offrir un service aussi professionnel partout au Canada mais malheureusement se monsieur ne peut pas se multiplier.
Il est dommage que le nouveau propriétaire parte son entreprise avec les avis Google de l’ancien propriétaire qui n’était pas du tout à sa place.
Je recommande ce bureau ups et c’est un 5 étoiles largement mérité.
