definitely my go-to vape store. i sometimes i feel as if i’m cheating in a relationship if i go somewhere else for products. every staff member has been so lovely, intelligent, bright, and always beyond friendly. i’ve been wanting to work at a vape store but i don’t think i’d ever be able to reach the vast memory the staff have here

melissa is an incredibly kind and patient staff member. i always feel comfortable when naming out the juices im looking for and she knows exactly where they are. the same for coils. in the moment of asking for anything of the sort, she knows her stuff and is so kind about it. not only is she efficient but really eases the anxiety when on the spot for asking for something! you’re lucky to have her there when you need something. she’s a real good member of the team and i’m so glad ive been able to be a patron of her’s and the store itself

Ugh where to start! Every single time I come here I always have a great experience and great customer service but yesterday has been my favorite so far. I had the pleasure of meeting the Asian girl with the nose(I think) and lip piercing (I’m so sorry I didn’t ask for your name!!) she really went above and beyond. She was so knowledgeable and so helpful. Her customer service was nothing less than impeccable I can’t praise her enough. I really hope she gets a big fat raise cause she honestly deserves it. She went as far as taking my device apart and thoroughly cleaning it without me asking when she really didn’t have to!! She was so impressionable and fun to chat with I hope she’s there when I come in every time hahaha. I didn’t even look at my device until I left, I was used to seeing the pod a dark color and realized I totally forgot that my pod was actually supposed to be clear hahaha anyways sorry for the long post. I hope she reads this so I can say let’s be friends!! Can’t wait to go back :)

This establishment is beyond compare. The level of customer service, professionalism and attention to customer detail is TOP SHELF service. Sarah is incredible and so is Hung, just amazing. I highly and strongly recommend anyone making this store the number one for quality and all their vaping needs. They are very deserving!!! I will never go anywhere else.

It was only my second time purchasing e-liquids and the staff were very helpful in suggesting flavours that I might like. The prices are cheaper than other stores and delivery came fast as my orders came right the next day. I love their customer service especially! I will be purchasing e-liquids from them from now on. The customer service, as well as straight up- emotional intelligence and ability to connect genuinely was such a delight to experience and recognize .
