Great experience at this location with Joy, she is lovely and knowledgable of products. I've tried 3 of her recommendations and they've never let me down 👍

Always stop here for my vape pods. Tom is the OG employee who is always knowledgeable and helpful. I've seen the guy have to work solo due to understaffing and he just rocked it. Always cheery and friendly.
The rest of the team is great but often don't work there for very long. Products are great, rarely have an issue and if I do staff are quick to try to help.

They also have awesome snacks which is dangerous. 😂♥

I had a really good experience here with Jasmine. She was extremely polite and helpful. My boyfriend and I went in looking for something and left with exactly that. If that's not good customer service, I don't know what is.

Jasmine is wonderful! I see her in there all the time it’s like she runs the place!! She got amazing costumer service, an extensive product knowledge and is so personable. I swear besides getting my vape stuff I always go in wanting to see her. Great service

Jasmine and the other girl were 10/10 amazing I came into the store with a badly injured knee covered in blood I didn’t have anything to bandage it with and despite being a vape store jasmin gave me first aid and fixed my knee up which was amazing, they also had some sweet deals on vapes which we got some of, I’d for sure recommend going here especially if you’re on the north shore, they know what they are talking about and give great service. Thank you guys for the help!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Really chill atmosphere even tho there was a line and they helped me find exactly what I needed. I'll be making this my new go to vape shop :)

Recently switches from cigarettes to vaping. I knew nothing walking into this location and was greeted with a positive attitude right away. The woman who helped me was very knowledge full and helped me pick the right product for my specific habits. Very positive experience purchasing from this location.

Great selection of many various vape products as well as knowledgeable content. Cory was very professional, friendly and explained everything I needed to know and set me up with a device that works for my needs. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for vape products.

Not sure why there is one bad review! I’m beginning to think the problem might of been the customers lack of being social or mistakes on their end with their products they bought, cant understand. I found the man that helped me very kind and patient as soon as I walked in, even as I took awhile as I decided on what I wanted to get. Lots of juices to pick from! Good prices! Couldn’t ask for anything better, one of the best vape shops I’ve been to for sure and will deff be coming back!

Went in there to buy a new vape kit, juice and coils. Brad patiently heard what I wanted and gave me a lot of useful information on what device and flavours would be best for me. Purchased a vape, flavours and coils as per his guidance and I'm happy to say I'm thoroughly pleased. He knows a lot about this stuff. Will definitely go back to buy supplies.

Went there with my mother to helo her find what she needed. She is far from fluent in English yet the staff was very patient and helped her find exactly what would fit her need, without trying to sell her expensive stuff she does not need yet would probablt have bought. Saw bad reviews abd decided to give it a try anyway. Was not disapointed.

Really excellent service tonight from the young woman with the beautiful fancy lashes and nails! She was very kind and very helpful.

Every time I go to Vape Street I’m amazed and overwhelmed by how many different flavours and options you can choose from. I’m such an indecisive person that I could never pick A-B let alone A-Z. I received a tremendous amount of help from one of their associates, Mathew. When my vape starts acting up (vape purchased elsewhere) Mathew can determine almost immediately, what’s wrong with it. 5/5 would recommend this location purely on the associate.

My go to vape store! There are so many different flavours, I never know which one is best. One of the employees, Matthew is absolutely incredible at picking, choosing, and recommending which flavour would suit my needs. Would 100% recommend seeing Matthew for all your needs!

I came in about 5 minutes before close, but wasn't at all rushed and had great service. Amy was awesome to deal with, would definitely revisit this shop
