Your Local Convenience Store and Internet Cafe and Key Cafe

This was downstairs(ish) from an AirBnB I was staying at. All 3 times I visited I found the staff to be super friendly. Got what I needed and got out quickly. It might be tiny, but it had exactly what I needed.

Extremely kind. I had an issue with the ATM, and the guy who owned the ATM basically told me to F off, after admitting what happened. The manager of the store and the owner fixed it for me at their own cost, which they didn’t have to do.

Nice little store, well stocked, owner is always super friendly. I utilize their key cafe box regularly. Hopefully coming out of the pandemic you guys can extend your hours!

I believe this store is fantastic. Good price and good service. I also believe in small business can impact our neighbor to have a good times.

A small convience store with solid community relations which is evident by the owners reposnses to the reviews and the actions taken to rectify the issues The owner has turned this store around from what it used to be. Great competitive prices on a wide selection of products with super friendly service is what puts this store a notch above the rest.

Went here during a visit to Vancouver from Calgary. The owner is friendly and personable and helped me pick out some good touristy areas to go see during my trip! Thank you! :)

Awesome guy worked in the area for years the wonderful gentleman who I always see always greeted me as soon as I walked in the door very polite guy.

It was great experience being there. Staff is so kind a generous.

Got charged $2 for a Arizona tea that has Canada's price of $1.29 is on the can. Not cool 😒 the place is convenient tho

Was not open 24h as advertised said was only open until 11.45. Would not even turn on printer at 10.30

This store is charging a surcharge to purchase Lotto Tickets when you use your debit card. I contacted Lotto BC and Lotto Canada, and stores are not permitted to charge or add ANY AMOUNT above the cost of the ticket purchase. No debit card charges are permitted on the purchase of Lotto tickets, just like you don't pay a surcharge if you pay for your Lotto tickets with cash.
Just a scam owner taking advantage of the challenged area residents. The store also rips off customers who may be mentally challenged, stoned, high on drugs and may not know to collect their change from the cashier. I've seen it more than once. The staff or owner pockets the cash. The staff member I spoke to said he gets paid in cash under the table without deductions - a violation of Canada Revenue Agency and WorkSafeBC. He's only been in Canada a short time. It's been reported.
