London drugs is a great place to go for computer issues! my keyboard wasn't responding and I took it to Simply Computing and they quoted me $1000. Took it to London Drugs and they fixed it for $90! Super happy it works great!

My husband, Michael Charles, was assisted by Dishant Kankaria in the computer department. He found him to be very courteous and helpful, knowledgeable, and even carried his purchase of a computer to the car for him (my husband has chronic pain and mobility challenges). We wish all retail employees demonstrated such professional qualities. Thank you Mr. Kankaria!

I was stressed because wrestling with a strange ‘iPad not charging’ issue on 2 iPads. Same issue had occurred on each iPad within 24 hours of each other. Technician Jeremey efficiently diagnosed and fixed the problem on both. Very professional and friendly service. I can’t thank them enough!

I always find what I want at a decent price especially when it's on sale they also did an excellent job on my passport photos for only $16.50

Went in to return a parcel but required a label as I don't own a printer. The lady directed me to Paul in electronics to assist me. I made a couple mistakes but in the end Paul and his assistant were able to guide me through and help format, print, cut and tape to the parcel for me free of charge. Great customer service, above and beyond thanks Paul and everyone for a wonderful morning interaction.

My favourite parts about this London Drugs: it has a mini recycling depot in it! + Zewia energy drinks (no sugar)

I would like to particularly thank one of the Staff in the Camera/Electronics department (Elaheh). She really helped use exchange a speaker when another staff member (H.) refused to do it mainly because he had to dedicate time to it. Elaheh was more than helpful, and I'd really appreciate her time, and I hope she is appreciated by the management. By the way, H. even refused to ANSWER a question because he was "OFF" at the time.

I love this London Drugs ... it's my one stop shop and my experience with the staff has been really great ... very personal and helpful.

Also the pharmacist are so helpful. I've had to call with med questions and they have been more then compassionate and helpful each time I've called.

Great place , you can find almost anything you are looking for. Very nice a friendly staff

Jason in Customer Service went above and beyond! I called the computer/audio department with a simple question but the staff there were too busy to take a call so Jason in Customer Service went down and found the answer for me so that I did not make an unnecessary trip to the store to find they did not have what I needed. As a result, I made a successful trip and purchased a DVD machine that was compatible with my smart TV. Thank you Jason for going above and beyond!

Was having a pretty terrible day to start off until I came into your store this past Friday and was greeted immediately by Paul H in the electronics department. He was able to help me find what I was looking for fast and gave me some great insight on the product I was searching for. Great Service and an awesome experience which made my day a whole lot better over all! Great to see people actually enjoy helping customers and giving them a personalized feel good experience! Everyone working at this location is friendly and helpful, from cashiers to beauty to pharmacy. I probably deal with the Beauty counter and pharmacy the most. Everyone is super helpful and nice. Laurel (from beauty) helped me today and she was so helpful and sweet. The beauty department often has really good promotions like “buy $75 and get $15” off and 10 Pinots rewards which keep me going back. Way better than Sephora.

I like shopping at London Drugs. I have only been to a few locations, whichever is convenient for me at the time. The North Van location is one of the best stores. In my opinion, when a store is busy it means they are doing something right. I’ve worked in service industry, so I can understand shortage of staff during this difficult time can cause frustation to everyone especially customers. London Drugs isn’t the only company experiencing this issue!! I received the best service from Maryam at the Cosmetic department last week. I was looking for a La Roche sunscreen product which was out of stock at all LD stores. I could tell on the phone she was extremely busy, but she took the time to help me anyway. Long story short, I drove 28km just to make a purchase at this store and to show my appreciation for all of her help. Stay calm and be kind to one another!!

I am a senior who had the same old TV for years until it quit on my this weekend. I went up to London Drugs to get a new one. Once I got there I was horrified that I had no idea how to get the new ones working (where the heck do you put those red/yellow and white thingies that I think connect to cable?) I was so lucky to get Ernie K who was one of the best salespeople I have dealt with in a long time. He was very patient and explained everything as best as he could and even did a super wrapping job with temporary handles as I do not have a car. Thank you Ernie for making this whole trip into another planet to me much more enjoyable

The pharmacy staff are quite helpful. I arrived at 8 pm when they were just closed. I was out of my medication for the day after. The doctor kindly opened the lock and provided me with my medication. I wanted to thank her from here!

Paul H in the electronics department was extremely helpful and considerate. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the right cable after I broke my laptop charger. I truly appreciate the enthusiasm, patience, and sincerity he demonstrated in his service. Thank you Paul! Awesome customer service!
