Shoppers Drug Mart

I just switched over to this pharmacy and must I say I am glad I did! Compared to my former pharmacy, the employee here with red hair (Alison, I think?) was super sweet, helpful and quick. I was in and out with how efficient she was. I am very pleased with the service here.

The pharmacy at this location is great - super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. My psychiatrist told me that my new medication would not interact with a medication I was already taking. When I picked up my prescription, Trevor told me that the medications would interact and explained how to take them safely. I am very grateful he was there to inform me!

Went to the shoppers last night and everything I needed was in stock! The one downfall about the store was it didn't have a working price scanner which required me to go up to the cashier (Rowena) who glady price checked items for me.

Loved how they had ample parking out front of the store and it was super easy to bring my items to my car.

Yesterday, at the Main and 18th store, was received very warmly by a girl named Sukhdeep and she directed me to the product I was looking for, unfortunately, it was out of stock but she told me when is the best time to get it and helped me find the right option for me. She was very patient and thoughtful. (I thought she was the manager)
She handled the costumers with kindness and acertivity.
Good on ya (#shoppers) for having staff like that. Been to that store many times and I have never been helped like that before.

I've been going to this shoppers for awhile and always had good experiences. There is one pharmacist here, a young asian male who is particularly great. I have some specific needs that require a bit more diligence but he's very friendly, discreet, communicative and non-judgmental. Highly recommend this location and this pharmacist.

You can tell that it’s a good store because it’s so busy/successful. Good selection of food/other retail items, and exceptional pharmacy and customer service.

I've been a frequent pharmacy customer at this location over several years and have always been very satisfied with every aspect of the pharmacy service. Most recently Pauline went over my full history of meds with me-updating records of current meds, dosages, side effects etc, and provided further education with regards to current meds. Pauline was extremely knowledgable and her customer support was superior to my experiences anywhere. Furthermore, this information session was initiated by the pharmacy rather than requested by myself. This level of service has become rare and deserves to be commended!

These wonderful folks go above and beyond for me. I'm quite a challenge with lots of very complex health needs, but the staff here very rarely make mistakes (and if they do they fix it pronto!) and are always helpful, friendly, easy to deal with. Even when I've moved out of that neighborhood I have stuck with them, yes because they are that good. VERY worth while to come to this store and let these marvelous folks look after you.

Absolutely outstanding service. Henry, Paul and the rest of the pharmacy team are so authentic, warm, thoughtful and accommodating. I feel 100% comfortable addressing any concerns and I am 100% confident that any advice I receive here is the best I can get.

Melinda, Margie and the rest of the lovely ladies of the beauty & cosmetics section always greet me with a smile. As a serious product expert, I appreciate how quick they are to not only show me the latest products every time I come in, but they are happy to apply a sample for me so I can try it out as a part of a new look. The girls are all trained makeup or esthetics artists and they will take care of you for a special night out!

Gino Gwendaline Bonnie and the other cash crew are so friendly and provide outstanding customer service. This pharmacy rocks, I've been going here at least once per week for the last 4 years and I can't tell you what a great experience it's been for me.

What I like most about this location is there are so many accessible parking spots on the street! And if that is full, the parking lot is literally a 90 second walk. This location can be busy, especially the pharmacy. However they are usually pretty good at giving good wait times and living nearby, I just tell them to call me when they are done, I find that is the easiest way to get my drugs. Also, the ju jubes (see pic attached) are some of the yummiest you will try. Too bad they are so convenient because I now eat these daily lol

I love the staff at this pharmacy. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Once I went to the Shoppers at Kingsgate Mall thinking they were all the same but what a big mistake that was. I will only fill my prescriptions at Main Street from now on!

Just went in for the second time in a couple of weeks to fill a prescription later in the evening, when most places are closed. Great service. Surprisingly good selection; more groseries and convenience items then you'd expect from a pharmacy.

Rowena and Michael were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, compared to other Shoppers Drug Marts I’ve visited. I would definitely return and recommend others to visit this location.

I get my prescriptions here and the pharmacy employees are super helpful and friendly. Usually not too long of a wait. Nice that they are open late too.

I've had the BEST service from the Pharmacy here - I've never had pharmacy staff go so out their way for me before. Extremely helpful and nice.
