went latenight for a quick snack and gas, saw an old lady arguing with the clerk because she was caught stealing but old lady was giving me headache so (the clerk (i think his name was lounes) working at the time, very cool dude) rang me up and i left... everything else was ok. another time i came and a different worker was there, the washroom was really bad like i saw doodoo everywhere but it wasnt worse than the lady trying to steal. another time i came to the store someone else was stealing but it seems like its common but the worker (lounes) stopped him from stealing. needless to say the vibes are always immaculate here the workers r always friendly.

I have been going to this gas station for years now, and have found the service absolutely great. Especially the night shifts staff, kudos to the 2 friendly ladies. However, tonight the young Male employee working tonight was simply bored, upset and angry at life, and it showed in his tone and his interaction with my husband and I. (Tuesday June 25th, 9h20pm). Leave your attitude at home, smile and be professional, your job entails customer service...

Personnel la plupart du temps courtois. Roulement du personnel. J'aurais donné 4 étoiles, mais le bruit constant et infernal retentit dans le magasin presque constamment. Très dérangeant. J'aime beaucoup leur application sur androïd; des produits gratuits en déclenchant un décompte de 20 minutes pour aller chercher le produit en question. 2pour1, rabais instantanés.

Juste correct, aurait besoin de rafraîchissement et le paiement au pompe ne fonctionne pas toujours

Can only pay at the pump at 2 of 4 pumps. Been this way for 6 months.

The pumps here are always broken. You can never pre pay at the pump. I work nights so sometimes I stop for gas around 4 or 5am. The doors are locked and I ended up waking up the employee who was slleping in the back. Horrible service but also horrible management since this place is falling apart.

Worst convenience / gas station in Lasalle. No manners, they talk back to you, lack of respect. They give you attitude and tell you that if you not happy there are more gas stations around. Never the same employees when you go there. 3 out of 5 clients got into big arguments the the same cashier while the 2 other ones were just watching and laughing

This morning I went to get a coffee and make some change, they had two disrespectful females trying to work a cash they don't understand. I left the coffee on the counter after waiting 10mins in line and left. Horrible service early in the morning

I was there today and trying to fill gas at pump and my transaction was approved at machine but machine was not working. Then guy who works there said that machine does not work i have to pay inside. I showed him transaction on credit card and instead of solving my problem he was telling me that i have to come back on monday and talk to my manager. He didnt give my refund and was telling me if i have to fill gas i have to pay again. Seriously, worst experience ever......
