My son and I were in the store today and he was purchasing some things. Jackie was the lady he talked to. She was so kind and helpful to my son. He has a disability and sometimes has a hard time putting into words what he wants to say. She was very patient and answered all his questions. She even made some suggestions about the things he was buying. She is a great asset to your store. All the way home he talked about how nice she was. Thank you Jackie for what you did for him.

Surprising amount of various items in stock. Way more than I anticipated, more than the pet store closer to us. Worth the drive over. Staff were very helpful and sweet!

I was in the other day for some dog supplies and I was very happy with the service I received. Staff was knowledgeable and very quick to help. The store was clean and bright and well set up. And wow! There’s a lot in the store! I will definitely shop here again.

Amazing service. Went in with our new puppy Buddy and was absolutely at home when we walked in. Associates we're very intuitive with their advice and even set us up with a puppy booklet. Managment should be proud with their workers there. 100% of the staff there are friendly and very well informed.

Ramon really helped us out when stocking up for my sister's new puppy. Went out of his way to bring the crate we bought to the car. Excellent customer service!

Great space, pet friendly (of course) and a large inventory. The staff are knowledgeable and great with pets, especially dogs. There is a washing station in the back of the store for grooming. You can browse and buy some toys or treats while you wait. It is my personal favourite pet store in the area.

Very friendly environment, and obviously pet friendly! Clean and well set up store front. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. You can usually find anything for your pets you are looking for. There's also a dog washing station.

Staff are always very nice and helpful. They're willing to order more inventory readily if they don't have the items you were looking for while there.

I love going to pet valu the staff is great very friendly and kind. They are always will to help find what you need. They know my dog and love seeing her when she comes in ! The establishment is very clean, well organized and bright. I keep going back !! Bonus is the socializing with others my baby gets ❤

Recently got a puppy and have been in here a few times and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Definitely don't have a huge aquarium selection, if your going for other animals tho it's an ok place
