Great winery right off the highway. We did the winery tour with Ramon. Great tool of wine making, family/winery history, balsamic vinegar and liquor production. We ended with a ,7 glass wine tastings plus snacks. We'll work a visit.

By far the most informative winery tour I have experienced. Macarena was a uniquely personable and knowledgeable hostess / guide / educator. In particular, I loved learning how their balsamic vinegar is made.

Wonderful small vineyard that loves to host and make you feel comfortable and at home. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. The wine was decent for a blend, the fact that it was a 2013 bottle only helped. Everyone were extremely nice, accommodating and bilingual. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

We came to learn about wine creating process (and to taste it), and in the end it has all finished with a huge culinary discovery, making it the best food experience we in all of south America (for us) !

The wine tasting experience was OK...

Our tour guide however (Macarena), was extremely well informed, spoke perfect English, was funny and made this experience a memorable one.

Then we had a meal prepared by chef Pilar... This has made us forget all about the wine!
Her cuisine was more than extraordinary in terms of flavour, composition of ingredients and mix of local and tradition food.

I believe she should have a proper restaurant to run, and surely she will be recognised quickly by true connaisseurs of excellence and flavour!

Thank you so much once again, you've made our visit a memorable one!

PS. I'm a former French chef, so I know what I'm talking about 😉

Highly recommend this wine tasting and mini tour! This is one of my favorite tastings I’ve done and have done Napa, Mendoza, etc. We toured with Thomas who was superb — extremely knowledgeable and approachable. The pace of the tasting is perfect and we appreciated the short 15 minute tour which was a refreshing change of pace vs longer ones. We loved the Doble wine! Top notch experience. Don’t miss this one!

Christian was amazing and allowed us to get the full walk in tour first thing in the morning after landing that day on a red eye flight. He was super welcoming and warm and fielded all of our 100 questions. He even gave us a special taste of his favorite wine after an amazing tasting session for free. Awesome bodega with awesome wine and awesome people. There's a reason this is the highest rated place in Casablanca.

If you are looking for a wine tour & tasting and your time is limited then the Bodegas RE is the one you do need to include in your itinerary. The place is very cozy and the wines (we had a set of 7 to try) are really good if not perfect. The winery is in the TOP-15 Chilean wineries list, definitely well deserved. My special thanks to Thomas who was very welcome, knowledgeable, could answer any question and even expand his reply much wider than expected which has been appreciated by our family. Good luck to you, folks, and hope to see you again soon!

We loved our afternoon at the winery. I have been on many winery tours and found this one to be very unique, and the processes and tools they use are very interesting. Also, we learned about vinegar and liquers as well! Macarena was an excellent and knowledgeable guide whose passion was obvious. Loved her enthusiasm for all things Bodegas Re!! Thank you!

We loved the visit, the location and the vine tasting today. Excellent boutique vineyard with great drive to deliver excellence. The introduction and the vine was superb and we are very sorry that we could not buy more bottles for our home in Germany and Korea (no export due to aim to serve the local market). Can highly recommend a visit.

What can I say. Fantastic little boutique vineyard. Great selection of really wonderful wines. We went here for a winetasting and had a great morning sampling the wines and seeing how they are made. I would certainly recommend a visit here if you line wine tasting.

...........We were here because our son and his bride (our new daughter) had decided to host their wedding reception here! The itinerary and format of events to take place here as the bridal-couple choose it to be was wine-pairing, a tour of the winery with an in-sight as to how the process of wine-making unfolds then the three-course lunch also in the line of wine and food-pairing. It’s always reassuring when you arrive at a venue where the main-gate is manned it makes a statement as it was here. The grounds are very clean, neat-lii and pleasant-lii laid out gardening at the edges around the main-building and with some old worn out push wagons giving it a cool rustic look. We were met outside by our host a very pleasant and hip young lady (so sorry that I don’t remember her name) fluent in English who quick-lii explained the program then leading us through the main reception area of the Bodegas RE sells centre and shop down the stairs into the basement where the wine cellars are and incidental where the reception is to take place now. This was a total surprise especially for the bridal-couple as the original plan was to have the lunch in the restaurant on the wine-estate but that was changed as a larger group got the restaurant reserved for them. Our group was only a party of 16 people and as we descended the stairs an awesome sensational royal surprise greeted us ahead was a beautiful blackboard with a welcome note from the bride and groom and to the left was a nifty nook just big enough to accommodate our group and most beautiful-lii set-out. The cellar is very big with barrels packed up on the one side from floor to ceiling, we were taking into the back where there are large pear-shaped clay tanks and here they set up a table to be used as a lectern for the speeches and the toast. We were all served with a glass of Bodegas RE champagne a beef empanada, chicken on a skewer and also a very refreshing fruit-salad cocktail served in a glass-bowl. After the speeches they set-up a table with bread, olives, biltong and cheese and served us a white and also a red wine to pair with what was served on the table. The champagne and the wines we had were of a high standard and set very eas-ii on the palate. After this we were taken on the wine-making tour which was an absolute educational escapade. We learnt how the wine-makers on this estate being the owner and his son don’t follow the rules of how wine is made but experiment and try different processes to derive different taste and results using different kinds of wooden barrels. Even their liqueur making is very unique sometimes with the fruit inside the bottle. Once again our host was very competent and knowledgeable on all the processes and explained it most clear-lii. By now it was time for our late-lunch! There was fresh-lii baked bread served with olive oil, a prawn-cocktail as a starter and a glass of refreshing white-wine. The main-meal was very simple mashed potatoes and a thick piece of tender beef-side that had been pot-roasted in its own juices for several hours. Served with a glass of red wine. Very enjoyable! The dessert was a Cream-Brulee the most insidious-lii delicious Brulee that we have every tasted, extreme-lii cream-ii and the sugar coated crust was just hard enough for it to be pierced without much effort. This was also served with a white-wine. Our day and visit here ended when we all enjoyed a piece of wedding-cake and a cup of coffee. The staff that administered this whole affair here must be commended for their excellence! Our encounter with the staff of Bodegas Re and what we experienced here will be forever engraved indelible in our minds!..................

Very small and special vinyard with crazy combination of wines. They produce just 20k of bottles a year with a complete own style. Besides wine they also make liquors which they infuse with fruita for 3 to 5 years. A must see when you are closeby. They use also the old clay pots to fermint the fresh grapes.

In my two days in Casablanca, I toured Bodegas RE and Casas del Boques. Hands down, Bodegas RE was the better experience. They give personalized tours, so whether you are 10 people or 1, you only tour the winery with your group. I was traveling alone, so I had a personal guide who then also became my waiter for the tasting and pairing. It was amazing. By contrast one of the more notable winery's in the area gave only a tour combined with other(obnoxious and disruptive) people for basically the same cost. Bodegas RE is strongly recommended.I left with a real appreciation for the science of wine.

Our favorite winery we visited while in Chile! We had a tour in English given by Macarena, which was fantastic x100. You really get a feel for the enthusiasm that Don Pablo and Pablito have for wine, marrying tradition with innovation and doing things their way, not with the primary focus of sales or appealing to the masses but creating wines that have familiar stories and flavors that only come as a result of true passion for the craft. No pretentiousness will be found at the Bodegas RE… Just deliciousness and a great time!

We did the 5 wine tasting with an excellent sommelier, Felipe. The wines were fantastic but Felipe’s knowledge and company set this tasting apart. We spoke about wine trends from Chile to South West England. Fantastic experience. Muchas gracias Felipe.

Snuck into their tasting room right before they closed. They were so welcoming and the wine tasted incredible after a long day of travel.

Small winery that brings back the old style of wine making. Very nice staff and great wines!
