Bien bueno. El joven Roberto te ayuda en todo lo que puede, y es muy agradable de conversar con él. El filtro de aceite que incluía el cambio, no lo tenían, pero la "jefa" fue inmediatamente buscarlo PERSONALMENTE a otro distribuidor, sin tener que mover mi F150. Excelente atención. Se nota que están acostumbrados a hacerlo así permanentemente
